The Front house of a fully fenced section @ the Junction end of town with walking distance to popular bars/restaurants. Unobstructed viewing inside through two large picture windows or outside on the private deck which you can enjoy from outdoor furniture or Spa Bath. A generous master bedroom including ensuite access to the bathroom and internal access to the carport through a walk-in wardrobe. Walk-in wardrobe has a pull-out ottoman to sleep an extra small person that you will need to supply your own sheets for if needed. Laundry doubles as a drying room to dry gear after outdoor activites. Linen for the 3 beds are included as'well as bath and shower towels.Under Floor heating available in bathroom.x2 off street car parking included in x1 carport and x1 in-front of Chalet along side of shared driveway.Manual sliding driveway gate with cabin hooks to latch open or closed at either end.* No access to owners private dwelling at rare of property. Private skate ramp along side of owners barn dwelling can be used for a max of 2hrs per day between 11am and 5pm by booked guests.
