매우 서비스도 좋고 시설도 매우깨끗하고 직윈들도 친절해서 매우 만족해요

We love our stay!!! The room was so huge and super clean! I love the people and Mr. Security guard because they smiled a lot.

部屋の設備はバスタブがない以外は完璧（フィリピンではなかなかバスタブありませんが）。 フェスティバルモールまでも、ちょうどいい距離で、夜間も治安はよく、近くのコンビニまでも裏口を通って歩けます。 食事は朝のビュッフェも、夜のディナー（オーダーから時間かかりますが）も美味。フィットネスコーナー、プールもあり、とても快適な滞在でした。次回も、アラバンに泊まるときには、是非利用させてもらいます。

Experience is good and accom is very nice

The place is quite old and it is quite obvious with its towels. But the location is strategic. Their suites is very big and good for family groups.

It was great overall but I just noticed that they charge for all extra stuff so make sure you know this. They're very particular about the number of guests

Hotel room is big with separate living room, bedroom and kitchen.

Facilities: limited parking space. Roof top pool is ok but small. Main Toilet flush was not working on. Service: Is ok but when asked during checked out for 2 towels (not issued to us) is really a pissed off. Though staff apologize but still asked me to sign a voucher. Location: Near to Festival Mall/ ATC and Airport Cleanliness: Need improvement.

Pet friendly hotel. I love it! We had a super nice stay, thank you Parque for making my bird that happy with my furbaby!

The hotel was kinda old, didn’t expect it. Room design was good but the kitchen and toilets ate smelly like drainage. I requested for room change because the other toilet in the kitchen as well as the kitchen sink are clogged. and they didn’t fix it even after I mentioned it to the reception. The room’s air-con are not also good. It was installed on the lower part of the wall and air was blowing into the side bed. Towels are like a rag, looks dirty. The amenities are not attractive at all. Although the view from the pool are great specially when the sun sets. Restaurant are not so good. There’s not much variety on the buffet. Php 650.00 is not worth it for breakfast buffet.

We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room good for family staycations.

Just a bit far from supermarket, and grocery

Attendants are respectful. Place is cozy. Perfect for family bonding. Clean and aircons are running smoothly. Every family event we chose parque espana. Utensils and kitchenware are nice and perfect for family dining

the room is spacious and has great room. We're surprised with the layout. The staff are polite and very attentive. To JM from Front Desk, who assisted us during check-in and my last minute change, and to the reservation agent Czyrine, who assisted me with the inquiry and to the maintenance who fixed the leak, they work very fast and solved the small issue with the bidet.
