非常非常好！一定要定到面向山的房間。 一開始以為是比較老破的登山酒店，但實際很精緻，備品是歐舒丹的，酒店內部設施也是新的，比起照片看起來要好太多太多。 酒店設施也很方便，泳池健身房都有。 退房還給了一大塊巧克力！

這個酒店非常棒，就在車站出口正對面，服務員熱情像朋友，主動問起是否需要幫我們搬行李，可惜我們訂晚了衹訂到一間房，房間很大，床品舒服，早餐豐盛，退房時還給了隨手禮巧克力，值得再次入住

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

原本在火車站附近，但火車站停咗，我們要轉搭吊車，感覺非常不便。但環境及泳池非常美麗，－邊游泳一邊欣賞雪山，非常優美。早餐非常出色美味！

位置是沒得説，主要去這地方要坐纜車，預訂的時候也沒提醒，還好我們到的不是很晚，我開車直接上山了，結果説車子不能上去，再乖乖下去，再坐纜車上來，倒騰了幾個小時，結果11點才入住。😅

Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

Few hotels can compare to Hotel Eiger in Murrren. Attention to detail is exemplary, the personal touches are appreciated, location is unbeatable and staff exceptional. The pool has the most stunning views of the Eiger Monch and Jungfrau mountains - especially beautiful at sunset. Looking forward to the next visit

Sehr freundliches Personal im Hotel und in den Restaurants, Zimmer, Küche, Kommunikation alles bestens. Schönes Hallenbad. Hunde sind willkommen. Familiäre Ambiance. Obere Preisklasse. Umgebung: wunderschöne Winter-Spaziergänge in der Umgebung. Dorf angenehme Stimmung, nicht überlaufen mit Touristen. Die kommunizierte Verkehrsfreiheit wird etwas viel gebrochen durch Transport- und Gewerbe-fz mit Verbrennermotoren; ein Obligatorium von E-fahrzeugen wie in anderen verkehrsfreien Destinationen würde die Attraktivität des Ortes erhöhen.

Wir hatten im Hotel Eiger eine unglaublich schöne Zeit als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen, das Personal war durchwegs aufgestellt und hilfsbereit, das Hallenbad ist klein aber fein (mit sehr angenehmer Temperatur), das Hotelzimmer war sehr ruhig und die Lage direkt bei der Bahn ist einfach perfekt. Die im Hotel integrierte Bar mit DJ ist urchig stylisch mit tollem Ambiente und es gibt fantastische Drinks. Wir hatten absolut nichts zu bemängeln und würden wieder kommen.

Family owned and operated, this hotel is worth it! When in Murren, we will ALWAYS stay here! The staff is happy, engaging and helpful! The owners are on site and are obviously invested in the success of their business. We were always greeted warmly! We purchased half board and dinner every night was top notch and delicious as was the service! Everyone was happy to help each other and seemed genuinely interested in providing guests with the best possible experience. Breakfast was a blend of meats, cheeses and traditional breakfast foods including freshly made croissants and yogurt. It was always fresh and the variety to choose from was plenty! Again, the service was exceptional. The ambiance was a blend of old and contemporary with original artwork throughout the many beautiful spaces available to guests. We enjoyed the terrace every evening and often played backgammon in the spacious, well designed common area overlooking the mountains with plenty of comfortable seating. Drinks were always perfectly concocted and well served. Most of the time spent in our room, was actually spent on our private terrace overlooking the Eiger. It was a magical place where we could take in the view and breathe the wonderfully fresh air. Our room was well-equipped and very comfortable with a large bed and seating area that included a small couch, chair and small table and refrigerator. The pool was nice, but usually busy. The thalassotherapy pool was a welcome and appealing addition. I can't speak to the spa area as we did not take advantage. The hotel, itself is perfectly situated just outside of the main village and within walking distance to the train station (where we were met instantly with hotel staff sent to retrieve our luggage) town and all of the available activities. The trams/gondolas were accessible and easy to get to. The hotel had sledges available for guest use. Get the key early in the morning! This hotel represents everything that a five star should be. Attention to detail made our visit to Murren perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Been visiting Hotel Eiger for over 20 years. It is a haven of peace and tranquility in our crazy world. The owners and staff are so friendly. As we had special birthdays,we treated ourselves to The James Bond Suite. What a super suite it was. If you like James Bond,then it’s the suite to book

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Hotel Eiger. Keine Sekunde haben wir unseren Aufenthalt bereut. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt gestaltet. Ausblick vom Hotel auf Eiger, Mönch, Schwarzmönch und Jungfrau fantastisch. Essensqualität auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nur zu empfehlen.

Het blijft een fantastisch hotel , het is echt thuiskomen en bij het afscheid begint het aftellen naar de week van de terugkomst , het volgende jaar . Lastig om de ontvangst , de service , de vriendschap en het familie-gevoel te beschrijven , je moet t meemaken ! En doe mij een groot plezier : hou dit aub geheim ….

Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were really great about helping with my husbands allergy at meal times. I've stayed at multiple locations in Murren over many years and this was my favorite. I'll definitely be returning.
