Overall the room condition is poor in cleanliness , toilet sink was clogged, bath tub shower head not adjustable and causing water flow out to floor making it dangerous on wet condition. Towel and bedsheet are old with old stain. Staff are friendly but not competent to accomplish the work of rectifying the issue of toilet clog.

It's not clean. It's very old. There's no water coming out of the tub. It's quite dirty.

The room is not sound proof. Can hear ppl talking in the middle of the night from the next room which disrupt my sleep. Made a complaint to the reservation to change room but after they check, the next room stop talking.
