比較偏，出門不方便，果斷換到市區酒店了，連瓶裝礦泉水都沒有，前台不會中文，溝通需要英語交流，提前做好準備

Overall, a very unpleasant stay. Please think twice before booking here. We were given a room on level 10 that was very dim, stuffy, and immediately uncomfortable upon entering. The bathroom had no handheld shower head, the air conditioning was inconsistent, extremely hot at times, then freezing in the middle of the night.The reception staff could not understand even simple instructions. My sister booked an executive room that was shown in the photos and description with a sofa bed, but upon check-in we were told that a sofa bed was only available with an upgrade. This is completely misleading. This experience ruined what was supposed to be a family trip. Definitely will not return.

一行訂了一間雙人房，四間大床房。雙床房在床邊死了蟑螂沒有清潔，其中一件大床房馬桶有尿跡，雖然忘記拍照，但還是要警告酒店！空調不冷，衹有送風的感覺！

大廳高級感滿滿 早餐很不錯。滿足各種人口味 房間乾淨。服務員好。就是裝修風格比較舊一點。。overall是不錯的。。對的起這個價格

This hotel provide excellent customer service and the room is big and clean. Although location a bit far from centre but they do provide free shuttle bus to mall which is adding points.

Pleasant trip, great hotel with good service, shuttle provided too. Food is tasty !
