Great location and staff!

Okay hotel with okay location. Toilet was not very clean, very small bath. Hard to get in to the shower. Evening food and breakfast was good. Staff friendly but not so experienced on the area. Especially for car parking that is extremely expensive in Oslo. We finally found a long term parking close to the ferry docks by our own which was less expensive 550nok for 24h.

Perfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful. After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves. The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee. Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

總體不錯，地段好，價格優。適合自駕。雖然有些地方不盡如人意，但在巴黎這個地方，這個價格可以説是物有所值了。

Good location, it’s no reception. You have to check in online in advance, But if not, you can check in at front door. Room is OK they provide breakfast, It is a la carte that have multiple restaurant for choosing

I arranged the trip through Trip.com for a business trip where the schedule to meet another party in Evje Moen. It turned out that they could meet a day earlier than they had previously stated. Though I offered to Home Hotel Bastion that I delete 5/26 and substitute 5/30, that was not accepted. The problem was that Trips.com would not allow it, even though I announced the request by message before I left the U.S. There should have been a provision for making a change withing a reasonable amount of time.

櫃檯服務非常不錯，很熱心幫助，也非常有禮貌，早餐還行，算普通，雖然晚餐是附的，但真的非常難吃，可以完全不用考慮吃晚餐。 但有一天下午，他們未經同意的進入我房間，不知道是維修還是做什麼，讓人覺得不舒服，住宿全程我都是選擇不用客房清潔服務的，照理他們不該進來。

房間總體衞生還行，有晚飯，但是是每天固定菜單，不能選擇，食物就非常一般般吧，早飯也非常一般般吧，沒有其它評論説的那麼好，就是普通早餐，如果奔着食物來的那就別定這個酒店了！餐廳有全天免費的咖啡和熱水，這一點還行。説一下缺點，太吵了，樓下路上人嗨皮音樂的聲音你都能聽到，鄰居上廁所沖水加洗澡的水流聲，他們説話的聲音，你全能聽到，彷彿就在你的房間，一晚上到三點多才稍微安靜下來，介意的千萬千萬千萬別選！！！還有，雖然我訂的是標準雙人間，但洗澡間超級小，體型大一點的或者老年人洗澡將會非常不舒適，介意的也千萬千萬不要選！！！總之，這個酒店根本不值四星，畢竟奧斯陸還有很多其它好酒店，不推薦這個酒店！！一星到頂了。
