First, regarding the disposable towel issue you mentioned, our towels are indeed disposable, and I have also provided photos to the official platform. Second, about the mattress, it is of medium firmness. Third, I don't think you intentionally left a negative review. It might be because you didn't check out, which led to this review. However, we did accept your request to check out, but you never applied. I tried calling you but couldn't reach you. Since you are a Romanian guest, there were indeed some communication difficulties due to language barriers. Additionally, you left the key directly after the check-out time of 16:00 p.m. I hope you can apply for check-out when you see this.
