Wei Xu, one of the thirty-six countries in the Western Regions, is famous for his excellent wine making skills. The Weixu Helan Mountain Nomad Camp is located at the sunset point of the Helan Mountain Range, adjacent to Xiamu Winery and surrounded by vineyards. Backed by the most distinctive peak of the Helan Mountains, Fomian Mountain, in the evening, the "Sleeping Buddha" of Helan Mountain speaks quietly under the afterglow of the sunset. At night, you can enjoy the neon lights and stars in the distant city of Yinchuan. Spring and summer are lush with greenery, just like Jiangnan on the Great Wall. In winter, Helan Mountain is covered in white snow and stretches for thousands of miles. More than a thousand years ago, the mysterious Western Xia Dynasty created a brilliant and diverse culture. Today, Yinchuan Ningxia Helan Mountain is known as "one of the most promising wine producing areas in China", with more than 200 wineries gathered. Here, you can not only trace the story of the disappearance of the Western Xia Dynasty in the yellow sand of the sky, but also drink grape wine with the starry sky and moonlight at the foot of Helan Mountain. In the perilous Helan Mountain nomadic camp, at the foot of HelThe campsite connects the world of Portuguese wine and opens up a way to explore Chinese wineries for vacation.
"Fresh air, lovely nature, majestic mountains, green grape vines … nature enthusiasts will love it like us ! Food was a bit expensive but the breakfast was fabulous. We appreciated the painting session which relaxed us and gave us time out in the quietness and lovely surroundings. We also enjoyed looking into their little poultry farm which had geese, ostrich and chicken roaming freely. The eggs we had for breakfast came from the farm."
