Great
GGuest Usernewer hotel, clean, close to downtown, excellent mexican restaurant nearby (walkable), hotel bar open in evenings, small outdoor pool, 10 person hot tub (clean, in good working order), and free hot breakfast. Rooms seem well insulated for sound.
GGuest UserFor the first time ever I left belongings at a hotel. Homewood Suites by Hilton at Steamboat Springs was efficient and helpful in finding my items and shipping them promptly to my home. Thank you to the staff.
XXuPerfect location for a ski in ski out at the base of the ski area. The rooms are clean for the most part. The master bathroom started to smell like sewage the last two days of my stay. My room was on the second floor, not sure if everything started to back up when the hotel got more crowded.
Nnini.w00The room is old and the soundproofing is poor. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel staff are very friendly. Snowboards and shoes can be stored in the storage near the cable car and someone will deliver them. It is mainly convenient for skiing, and other facilities are average.
GGuest UserLocation is wonderful, hotel is very run down and old. Bed comfort was awful. TV didn’t work. I appreciated a place to lay my head but I will not be back to this location.
GGuest UserWhen Isabella checked us in she was friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was nicely updated, spacious, and stocked with more than we needed (toiletries, pots/pans, dish soap, etc). The heat worked very well, the shower was nice and hot, and the bed was comfortable. Ran to Walmart around the corner to buy a rug for inside the front door as our snowy shoes were quite slippery on the flooring. It was tough to turn onto the street when going somewhere as the plows caused high snow mounds that we couldn’t see around/over for oncoming traffic. For that same reason it was almost impossible to walk our dog around the area; we ended up having to put him in the car and drive somewhere else. The staff was very kind and let us have a late checkout since it wasn't a busy arrival day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with them again.
GGuest UserAverage hotel. For the price, we'd stay again. I enjoyed having the loft room and kitchen available. We didn't get housekeeping on a 2 night stay and there was not enough coffee for two days. Bed was comfortable, pillows good. It's definitely an outdated place. Isolated from town. We didn't use the shuttle because we read other negative reviews. The doors to the rooms do slam shut and we could hear everything from the hallways, even up in our loft. Nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding.
GGuest UserThe room are ok but expensive, I paid 965 dollars for a room with 3 beds for 3 nights. Noise after hours is terrible (people slammed door and loud talk on hallway. I will not staying on that hotel next time specially for that price range.
