We complain about the wifi and was told we are the only customer compliant about it, all 4 rooms of us are from 108 till 112 facing the same problem, by proving it and only given answer not able to do anything but can give us free drinks when we check out , I rejected the offer. Next day while collecting our vehicle and the bell boy said one room are entitled for a bag, YOU MUST GIVE bell boy Euro 10 and only getting his unhappy face. (Imagine check in EURO 15 check out EURO 10) room too dark and facility too old!

老房子，樓梯很多，搬行李不方便，早餐還行。位置很好適合逛景點

위치도 너무 좋았고, 룸이 정말 고급스럽고 좋았습니다. 동유럽 숙소중에 가장 만족도가 높은 숙소였습니다.

後門直通老街，離城堡電車站也很近，不過停車不方便，要開很遠。另外這恐怕是我見過的門臉最小的麗笙了，開車轉了三圈才找到🤣早餐還算不錯，總體值得推薦！一個人住的套間，面積在歐洲酒店裡算大的了。

موقع الفندق جيد جدًا. يمكنك المشي إلى جميع مناطق الجذب مباشرة خارج المدخل الرئيسي. انظر الصورة للحصول على تعليمات مواقف السيارات للفنادق ذاتية القيادة. غرفة الفندق صغيرة جدًا ومن غير المناسب المشي بصندوقين كبيرين لأنه منزل قديم، أشعر دائمًا أن الأرض منحدرة.

給了一間閣樓房，非常不好，房間裏有兩個隱形小台階總是絆腳，床頭的房頂倒三角形，一起床和準備休息的過程總是碰頭無數次！酒店位置很方便逛街走景點！

إنه ذو موقع جغرافي متميز ويقع مباشرة في المنطقة ذات المناظر الخلابة. فريق خدمة الفندق ممتاز ويجعلك تشعر وكأنك في بيتك. هناك موسيقى البيانو في المساء وهو فندق أنيق.

What an amazing hotel!!! Perfect location to explore Saltzburg. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more friendly. We had a beautiful room overlooking the river which was incredibly clean and very comfortable. There was an incredible number of options available at breakfast ,which could be eaten overlooking the river and mountains which was perfect before a day of sight seeing. We had a wonderful 48hrs in Saltzburg,thanks to this great hotel and its staff and would definitely highly recommend it

Great hotel in a strategic location, back door leading directly to the market square. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a nice view while having breakfast which was a wonderful spread. Will highly recommend this hotel for stay in Salzburg!!

Preis - Leistung ist ok, je nachdem welches Zimmer man zugewiesen bekommt. Das Reinigungspersonal des Zimmers hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Frühstückspersonal ist bemüht aber könnte besser geschult werden. Das Personal der Rezeption ist top. Die Bettwäsche, Badetücher, Handtücher und Bademäntel sind von sehr guter Qualität. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut. Leider gibt es keinen Wellnessbereich. Das Parken ist ein Problem und es gibt auch keine Kooperation mit einem Parkhaus. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr großzügig und ich hatte eines meiner besten Omelette mit Tomaten gegessen - es war perfekt!

這家酒店的設施比較復古風，Wi-Fi信號有的時候不會那麼充裕，衞生很好，酒店環境整體來講還可以，避免排到樓下是酒吧的房間，大半夜很吵，服務態度真心不好，以貌取人、見人下菜碟，態度也很輕浮

Nice hotel right at the centre with easy access to public transport.
