Price quality was alright considering the other alternatives but could be better beds.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast!

Noisy during the night in corridors, seems ppl enjoyed night life until 3am. Basic facilities, no complaints. Breakfast is ok, the location is good

Slow internet - no movie ! No window view. Nice and tidy modern room. Fine roof terrace.

Está situado cerca del puerto y cerca de la playa y de la plaza central. Tiene una habitación espaciosa, con una mesita pequeña y una silla, con unas estanterías que permiten colocar cosas y un colgador para poner ropa en perchas aunque no tenga armario. El desayuno, un pequeño bufet surtido y unos camareros atentos y serviciales. Por otra parte, la habitación da a un mínimo patio interior que presenta mal olor, por lo que no puedes abrir la ventana para airear y para evitar el calor. El señor que atiende en recepción no ha sido capaz de resolver un problema bastante sencillo.

Habitación rara. Cama mala. No se veia la Tv. Incómoda en general

The service at the reception was not very helpful in the morning asking for a standard information for tourist. That was surprising as people who work there shall know. Breakfast was good and the room was very small and very hard bed.

Very efficient for an overnight stay

Horrendous service and attitude. We booked a room on their website and got a confirmation number but when we arrived the man said they didn’t have our booking. He then made absolutely no apology and offered no help finding a new room even after I explained that the usual websites for finding rooms are now fully booked. DO NOT BOOK DIRECTLY ON THEIR WEBSITE it’s obviously unreliable.

Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and also includes breakfast (delicious donuts in particular according to the kids). Very convenient location, not up many hills or steps. Rooms each had a smart tv,air con and a little fridge. One of the staff members in reception who’s name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was very friendly and helpful and gave us great information on getting around the island.

Small hotel in the centre of San Sebastian. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Rooms very clean and cleaned every day. They are ensuite with air conditioning and have soap/shampoo sachets, hair dryer, fridge. Beds were quite comfortable and there were extra blankets. Breakfast was quite good with hot food, cheese and meats as well as rolls or toast. They had almond milk as well and every second day was fruit! Juices also. The hotel and the breakfast bar are small, but that was fine. The only small criticism and advice I have is to try not to get Room 402. This is because there is a Terrace on the fourth floor, which is really nice. However, Room 402 opens onto the terrace, so you have to keep the window closed. In any event the window is also blacked out, for the same reason, so the room is always dark. If you can try and get a different room!

Bis zum Zentrum sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Zum Übernachten ist es ok. Es ist sauber. Frühstück mehr als überschaubar. Nur spanisches TV, WLAN: man kann sich einloggen, aber eigentlich funktioniert es nicht. Personal ist freundlich.

La ville est petite il est bien situé il y a un petit parking devant mais nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Les chambres sont propres l'hôtel est calme. Pour le petit déjeuner c'est un buffet qui est copieux. Un hôtel que je recommande.
