服務態度非常不好，一個戴眼鏡的***，我看到一箇中國人退房，前面還在排隊，等到他退房的時候剛剛過12:01居然要收超那個人的房間超時費，那個人求了半天，那個***才沒有收超時費。 酒店地理位置很偏，周圍沒有任何方便居住的商場或超市或飯店，沒有下次居住了

The hotel is clean and fresh. Around 25mins away from Barcelona airport by taxi, 5 mins walk to tram stop and it also nearby the supermarket, which is easy to get food and supplements. Although it is a bit far from city centre for tourists, around 1h by tram and subway, but for the price and convenience is definitely worth for stay.  Funny thing on our trip, we caught up Spain electricity breakdown 😂, and we went Tibidabo that day, which took us around 5hrs to back to the hotel. Which is very good is that the hotel has it is own electricity generator, so luckily the lift and bar were working normally and the hot water (from tab) was works fine as well.  Definitely recommend it!

موقع الفندق سيئ، وسعر أوبر مرتفع للغاية. لا يشمل السعر وجبة الإفطار، وإذا كنت ترغب في الحجز فسوف يكلفك 22 يورو للشخص الواحد. الطعام في المطعم سيئ للغاية. القهوة جيدة والسيدات في البار وموظفي الاستقبال ودودون للغاية. الموظفين ودودون للغاية ومتعاونون. طلبت التدليك 3 مرات، ولا يوجد موعد مجاني.

L’hôtel très propre, par contre c’est une ville qu’il faut tout payer les parkings et je trouve pas ça normal que quand on réserve un hôtel, on payant les parkings . Ma voiture c’est retrouvé a la fourrière parcmètre qui ne fonctionne pas.
