Four Points Hotels in Seattle

Hotel and room were very nice. Check in procedure very bizarre - front desk clerk didn't check anyone in until exactly 3p, which caused an unneeded long check in. Room given had the absolute worst view. Window faced a couple metal A/C units on the roof. Restaurant (open only Thu-Sat) and ****** both not in operation during our stay. The bed and pillows were amazing - had great sleep at our home away from home. The temperature control worked flawlessly and we were comfortable at a time Seattle was seeing unusual 100-110 F, 90% humidity days ... Very pleased overall, would definitely repeat.

Hygiene: clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned in a timely manner Environment: Great, there is a special smoking area outside the hotel door Service: First-class service, fast response and thoughtful. My flight was at 4pm and the front desk extended my check-out to 2pm for free! The front desk also helped me weigh my suitcase, carefully converted the pounds into kilograms, and put a sticky note on my suitcase.
