No lift service for level floor 3 & the hgience of bed is very bad as there is stan & smell on the pillow case & seems like didn’t change at all.

差就是沒電挮，不適合家庭住。長者家，帶小孩的很不方便。由其是長者家腿腳不方便

整體可以，房間乾淨沒味道，這樣的價錢算是不錯的選擇了.

The room is small with no windows but is not cramp. Floor is sticky and bed sheets are not clean. But is good location as Family Mart is just next door and Fam Cafe with good food also right beside.

Pretty decent for a budget stay and it is a short ride from the mall!

I feel uncomfortable when the staff puts new towels in the room while the guest is out doing business. I have noticed this for three days. They enter the room without permission. I think the staff should not invade privacy.

Lift broken can't use so No lift no wifi no shampoo....

I wasn’t having much expectation given the price. Turned out worse than I could imagined. I was given a room without window and it was filled wth cigarette smell, i requested to change but because I reached the hotel past 10pm and the reception said they can only help the next day. I couldn’t breathe the whole night and it affected my sleep. Another thing which is rather unacceptable is the shower system… the water heater is an instant heater and the connector of the heater to the shower head is so rusty! Quite worried about the safety ..

Service of staffs are good. Rooms are good.

Just for shower & sleep a lot shop, message, eateries within walking distance

隔音真的很差 而且電梯不知道是壞了還是什麼 完全沒得用!

Room is ok, no lift and hope the room would be brighter
