رد من مكان الإقامة: And I will answer you one by one.I wish that when you first arrived,when you entered the hotel, you had not handed your American passport roughly and roughly, as if you were shoving it into the eyes of a person working at the reception desk.You are a Turkish who has received an American passport.But this rude and unkind behavior of yours does not make an American citizen at all.Thousands of our American guests came, none of them behaved so arrogantly.It is more important to be full of love and respect than an American passport .You could have said good morning to the employees at breakfast in the morning,you could have said hello .You could have shown a smile.Restlessness , hatred ,looking at people with resentment ,contempt for people are ingrained in you.Even the women who work in the kitchen,who give breakfast ,have told me that you are troubled ,dissatisfied.Do not violate your respect, I said serve,I said this person is the customer in the result.We were also uncomfortable with the fact that you treated all of us roughly, disrespectfully this time when you left.An American would never do that, and neither would a Turk.You, who were Americans later, were very rude.1)Room descriptions are never misleading,you can't accuse anyone of lying.You asked for a room with 2 single beds before you even checked into the hotel, so we said we would give you a big bed, you also have a child, you won't be comfortable.On the phone, you also said that beds are getting like this in America, you were rude 2)There is a separate water heater in each room, there is hot water for 24 hours.It is a smooth and super system.3)Air conditioning yes, it is on your bed, because, on the contrary, it is unhealthy for cold air to come directly over you.It has been made the most suitable by engineers.They know better than you.They've been trained on this.4)You have made a reservation for an economy room.You bought it without breakfast, the total amount of money you gave is 2250 TL., and we have prepared a family room with 3 beds in a large bathroom with a balcony that we gave you for 4000 TL.You should have given 2 times the money you normally give.We gave it to you as a gift.5) You can never make the breakfast you have at our hotel outside for 250 TL.The most suitable breakfast outside is 1 person 450-500 tl 6)In front of and around our hotel there are many free parking area.Ben de size teker teker cevap vericem.Keşke ilk geldiğinizde ,otele girdiğinizde amerikan pasaportunuzu resepsiyonda calisan kisinin gözüne sokar gibi ve kabaca uzatmasaydınız.Amerikan pasaportu almıs bir Türksünüz .Ama bu yaptiginiz kaba ve cirkince davranisi hic bir amerikan vatandasi yapmaz .Binlerce amerikali misafirimiz geldi hiçbiri boyle küstahca davranmadi.Amerikan pasaportundan cok sevgi ve saygi dolu olmak daha önemlidir .Sabah kahvaltıda calisanlara gunaydin, diyebilirdiniz ,merhaba diyebilirdiniz .Güleryuz gösterebilirdiniz.Huzursuzluk ,nefret ,insanlari rencide ederek bakmak ,insanları ho
