Fairfield by Marriott Hotels in Shanghai

Really comfortable and clean hotel , I wonder why nobody mentioned there is a toilet bidet in the room, which it is quite rare in China! Maybe it is newly upgraded or what I really do not know, but definitely added value to my stay, and I am very happy about it. Not to mention they have very friendly and helpful staff, Thanks to Olivia, she helped me regarding my delivery parcel as I did not have any Mainland China phone number, and luckily she helped me to deliver my parcel. She was really sweet too, my partner had a birthday while staying there and she helped me with the surprise by preparing fruits and gift card personally handmade by her, and put in the room, and my partner received when came back to the room. Overall stay is comfortable and worth value of money.

This was a very lovely stay. The rooms were spacious and well appointed and the breakfast was delightful and hearty. Staff were very courteous and polite and the cleaners did a very good job in keeping the rooms tidy. Only downside would be its location. Being a 10-12min walk from the nearest metro station and the lack of convenience stores around the hotel once the in-house Lawsons closes at 8pm. Do note that the toilets are open concept with the toilet fully exposed, suitable for individual travellers or couples.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The hotel is about a half hour drive from the Pudong Airport, 23 minutes away from Disneyland and about a 25 minute drive from The Bund. Across the street, there is many stores and restaurants you can buy from. There is a robot that the hotel has that can deliver your ******* orders to your room. Will definitely book again.

The hotel's front desk service is very good. The self-service laundry and robot service provide a lot of convenience for travelers. The overall facilities are relatively new, the gym is clean and tidy, the room is very clean, and toiletries can be picked up at the front desk. The experience is satisfactory. The hotel is in a prime location. It is only a few minutes' walk to Dishui Lake to watch the fireworks, which is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast variety is unexpectedly rich, basically covering the common choices. I will come again next time~

This hotel has recently opened. I stayed there on a business trip with the mentality of trying it out. The overall experience was great. The check-in lady Nina provided very good service. She helped to upgrade the room when checking in and readily agreed to a late check-out. The hotel felt very comfortable as soon as I entered. The ceiling was high and not oppressive. The room was well-lit. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient. There is a self-service coffee machine in the lobby for free coffee (there is also Luckin Coffee downstairs). The room is arranged on the side facing the street, with good sound insulation. The hotel sent more sincere fruits and handwritten welcome cards than many five-star hotels. The small refrigerator in the room also prepared extra mineral water and drinks, which were also very helpful. It's free, and the TV can cast screens. These details show that the hotel is very attentive in management. The room is clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. I heard that it is customized according to 5-star hotels. The waiters will take the initiative to greet and greet you no matter where they meet in the hotel. The cleaning lady at the elevator entrance will help press the elevator. She is very friendly. The hotel is very convenient to the subway entrance and the airport. There are many restaurants on the street downstairs of the hotel. You can visit the Aegean Sea in less than 10 minutes on foot. It will be the first choice hotel when you come to Shanghai in the future.

Facilities: Complete facilities, bright room Hygiene: Clean Service: The front desk staff is very nice👍🏻. My stuff was left in the hotel and they called me. I stayed with my children. The hotel breakfast was good and there are many restaurants nearby. The subway is being built nearby, and transportation will be more convenient in the future.
