The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Hotels in Shanghai

I recently stayed at the Hotel Mumian Shanghai Expo for 4 days and enjoyed it so much that I extended for another 2. A major highlight was the service at the front desk, particularly from Michael. His English is excellent, and he was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful suggestions and guidance throughout our stay. He was always proactive in checking on us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel maintains high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Our room was smart and modern, featuring high-tech electronic toilets with bidet functions, which was a great relief, especially one who is used with it. My only small suggestion would be to have more variety in the breakfast options, as the selection seemed to repeat daily. Despite that, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the exceptional service from staff like Michael.
