**Environment:** The scenery is breathtaking, the sea is incredibly blue, and the view from the entire room was absolutely unbeatable. Playing on the beach at sunset was also very relaxing. **Service:** A special commendation to our butler, Xiao Peng; he was very prompt in addressing our requests via the chat group. The front desk staff were also quite warm and attentive. **Areas for improvement:** There are many areas that need work. Given that the hotel just opened, I'm trying to be understanding: **Service (Dining):** Restaurant staff seemed inadequately trained. At dinner, three of us had been seated for quite some time, and not a single glass of water was offered. We had to ask for water twice, and when it finally arrived, they only brought one glass. Common sense dictates you'd bring three glasses for three guests, right?! **Hygiene:** Overall, room cleanliness was acceptable, especially since it's a new property. However, the most severe issue was that the bottom sheet, underneath the duvet, was covered in sand – not just a little, but the entire bed was sandy. There were also strands of hair that definitely weren't ours. Did your housekeeping team even bother to change the sheets?! It was utterly disgusting. Furthermore, I don't know if it's because I usually stay at international chain hotels or if I'm just easily shocked, but finding complimentary condoms in the room, combined with the un-changed bed linen, just made the experience even more unpleasant! For a hotel costing over 3700 per night, this is simply unacceptable!

Facilities: Could use improvement. Cleanliness: Spotless. Service: The butler service was impeccable. Welcome fruit: Overall good and fresh. Restaurant: The food at the restaurant was quite good, highly recommended. Room: The room's setup was good overall, and it was clean. Environment: Absolutely stunning, with endless blue views.

The moment I arrived, the public areas immediately made me want to just settle in and not move. They are so incredibly well-designed; it felt wonderfully comfortable just to quietly relax and zone out. The room was no different – I didn't want to leave there either! Every single furnishing and amenity was of such outstanding quality. The owner's taste is truly exceptional; I'd give full marks to every item they've chosen. Absolutely impeccable, truly amazing!

Driving here from Guangzhou was incredibly convenient. Everything about this hotel was truly stunning, but the absolute highlight was discovering the magnificent crystal-clear ocean views and the serene hillside hot spring pools. Upon check-in, we were granted 3 hours of complimentary access to the hot springs. Lying in the hillside pool, sipping iced coffee, and gazing at the pristine, transparent waters beside the white private beach, which transitioned beautifully from a shallow turquoise near the shore to a deep sapphire further out – it was pure bliss. With bright sunshine glistening on the sea, picturesque distant mountains, and charming boats dotting the horizon, my husband and I were utterly amazed to find such a beautiful, romantic, and tranquil sanctuary for the soul hidden away here! The hotel lobby was exquisitely elegant. Our room not only boasted a breathtaking first-row sea view but also featured thoughtful, user-centric design throughout. My absolute favorite design element was the use of pink shell fossil stone and beige striped natural stone in the room's decor, lending an air of sophistication while feeling wonderfully connected to nature. We were treated to complimentary fresh fruit and desserts in our room, and the snacks were also free of charge. It's also worth noting that the faucets and shower facilities were not only beautifully designed but also highly functional: the water pressure was excellent and smooth, and adjusting the temperature was both sensitive and convenient. So eager were we to recommend this place to our neighbors that we even took a tour of the hotel's soon-to-be-opened areas and snapped a quick photo – it looked absolutely stunning!

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! My personal attendant was incredibly friendly, and they even proactively reached out to me to return the earrings I had left behind in my room. I'm extremely grateful! This was truly a beyond five-star experience. I highly, highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again!
