The hotel is cheaper than other hotels, but offers you a comfy stay. Out of every hotel that i stay in Japan, this is the best hotel for us.
the room is spacious, they have a good quality brand of soap, shampoo and conditioner. The amenities are free to take in the reception area.
They also have a free bus drive to airport which is very good for those who are afraid of losing the flight, since tokyo station to narita airport is far away.

A reasonable hotel about 10 minutes from Narita AirPort. They provide a good bus service to and from the airport 2-3 times every hour. The room I had was clean and adequate size for an overnight stay. There isn’t anything near the hotel but they do have 2-3 restaurants onsite. The staff are very polite and happy to serve. Room cleaning is also very good. During my stay 24 - 25 Feb they had a garden light show that is an annual Jan and Feb event. It was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience for an overnight stay. Thank you.

This is probably the review that you are looking for;
After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed.
The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours.
The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol.
The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door.
The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho!
The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights.
Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

This is the fifth hotel I've stayed in Tokyo. It's larger than the hotels in the urban area and is the most luxurious one I've stayed in at the same price range in Tokyo. It has a TV in the bathtub and yukata (Japanese bathrobes), but the overall decoration is a bit outdated. The hotel has sufficient facilities, including a hot spring and a gym. However, the transportation is not very convenient. It feels like everywhere is far away. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it only runs at specific times. According to the map, there are other buses I can choose from, around 30 mins per one. I arrived quite late and it cost me 3000 Japanese yen to take a taxi. So, the next day, I booked a hotel in the urban area of Narita. Since the Tokyo subway is very convenient, I'd rather stay in a smaller hotel.

Stayed here last year and staff were helpful and friendly. But this time they were quite cold and stand offish.
Asked for quiet non smoking room so put us right down end of hotel right near smoking room so all night doors slamming next to us and the smell of cigarettes wafting into room
Shuttle bus is extremely crowded and doesn't run regularly. Told us we couldnt take it as walk was too far from Terminal 3 from Terminal 2 so said to call a taxi. We asked front staff to get us a taxi and told they were all booked and refused to call any taxis and told us to wait another hour for next bus.
In the end, we called taxi ourselves and one arrived in 6 minutes.
We love Japan but we'd never stay here again.

A five-star hotel at four-star prices. I splurged for a king standard room and it is worth the small extra charge. The bed was superb, the pillows soft, and I achieved epic slumbers. The bathtub filled quickly although the water pressure in the sink and shower was low. Quiet rooms and all amenities made for a restful stay after a week of economy ski lodges. The breakfast was superb with made-to-order poached eggs, a bowl of sliced avocados to add to the salad, kimchee to eat with the natto, and all the delicious breakfast foods I could imagine, except there was no smoked salmon. I got such a good price I almost felt guilty.

Hotel is located on the quiet side of JR station. 7-Eleven & FamilyMart nearby. There is a linked overhead bridge to cross over to the other side for restaurants, AEON mall, erc. Room was ready for early check-in when we arrived at 1pm. Furnishing is dated but room was clean.

This is an institution for visitors who need a hotel close to Tokyo-Narita Airport for an early departure . The hotel is vast and the room is pretty spacious . It’s very good value for the rate. If your room includes breakfast too then you’re In for a treat . Most importantly , there’s a frequent shuttle between Tokyo-Narita Airport and the hotel as well as between the hotel and Narita town and Aeon Mall.

Ideal for layover transiting to/from Narita airport. Hotel provides airport pick-up & drop-off in the morning, afternoon & evening. Although located further away from JR & Keisei line stations, there is a FamilyMart convenient store in the hotel lobby, AEON mall & restaurants nearby. Walking to Naritasan, Shinsoji Temple, and the Omotedsando Street. Rooms are larger than those in Tokyo.
Recommend to stay here 1 or 2 nights before your flight out from Narita airport or relax before taking the Keisei line to central Tokyo.
