The location is perfect, with excellent public transport connections. The staff is very helpful, and the property has a 24-hour reception. The shower is very spacious, and the restaurant offers special rates for guests.

酒店在馬路邊，挨着路邊的房間晚上真的很吵，尤其是摩託車炸街聲音。不過酒店服務還不錯，給換了房間。酒店位置便捷，公交方便，樓下小吃很多。

WiFi太慢，廚具舊了些，令人缺乏Cooking的願望。其他都好。

Overall is fine with the price and if you need to have a small kitchen to cook light meals. The location of the hotel is also convenient to go around the city and Shaw plaza is just across the street as well.

乾淨舒適，服務熱情❤

地理位置非常好，樓下和對面都有公交站，去哪兒都方便。對面就是Shaw Plaza，有超市，早餐可以去亞坤，文東記和發起人肉骨茶也在公寓100米左右。很適合家庭出遊，床很大，有廚具和洗衣機，這種氣候的地方每天都要洗很多衣服，配置挺人性化。

非常好的公寓，乾淨整潔，對面就是商場，門口就是巴士站，出行非常方便

房間大，有洗衣乾衣機；附近吃飯、交通方便

This hotel is indeed very good and I highly recommend it. The most important thing is the help I received from “Ken”. The room was also very comfortable to stay in. 如果是國人，第一次來新加坡，我推薦這裏，前提你得帶好足夠的現金，哈哈哈哈哈

Room was below expectations from pictures Staff services must improve. The only saving grace is that the room is spacious

Séjour de 6 nuits à deux personnes Séjour de 6 nuits à deux personnes dans cet hôtel. La chambre et spacieuse, et la salle de bain très grande. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le coin cuisine, mais tout semblait être fonctionnel et à sa place. Le frigo est très grand pour ce type de chambre et pas trop bruyant. La climatisation est bruyante, nous l'utilisions en journée lorsque nous n'étions pas dans la chambre pour la refroidir. Nous n'utilisons pas la clim pendant la nuit. La chambre se réchauffait petit à petit pendant la nuit, mais pas au point de devenir désagréable. Les arrêts de bus ne sont pas loin de l'hôtel ce qui permet de rayonner sur tout Singapour en utilisant les transports en commun.

Bad service, no tea coffee supplies, less bottles of water, torn towels and napkins , take $100 advance deposit even when I’ve paid 100% in advance, housekeeping bad. They give you list of exorbitant rates for any small damage whereas when I checked in mirror was broken shower pipe is broken no handwash provided in toilet- when adked for it they adked extra money.

The cons for this hotel outweighed the pros. In summary I would not stay there again. When we arrived, we were asked for a $100 cash security deposit. I have no issue providing a deposit and asked whether they could charge my card like most hotels. They refused. It reduced the cash funds I had exchanged before arrival and meant I had to exchange the $100 back into our currency when I left Singapore. The kicker was that they did not even check the room for damage when we left. We booked the garden room. It was small, the bedroom did not have any external windows. The garden was a small planter box with dying plants. Soundproofing was terrible. The hotel uses metal legged chairs. You could hear chairs being dragged across the floor and occupants walking in the room above. Reasonableness meant that up to 10.30pm or 11.00pm that noice should be considered ok, but on our first night the noise continued until 1-2am and we could not sleep. The next night was the same and at 10.30pm I went and complained to the 24/7 concierge. He listened to the noise and spoke with the occupants from the room above twice. When the noise continued, he moved us to another room which was better than the garden room. He proactively managed the situation but it did take a while. There was noise from the room above in our new room during reasonable hours so it was not as much of an issue. The site says the nearest MRT is 970m away. It’s not. Google maps has it at 1.5 km and it is a hilly walk. We worked out the bus network. Positives were the beds in both apartments were comfortable and both rooms were clean. However on check in we were told the room would be serviced every 2 days. That never happened.
