ممستخدم مجهولI am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.
ممستخدم نزيلOn the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.
ممستخدم نزيلكان السرير قاسيا جدا جدا. وحدة تكييف الهواء تحافظ على تحولها من الحرارة إلى التبريد حتى لو كان وضعت حرارة فقط. حاول فريق التدبير المنزلي أن يدخل وتنظيف غرفتي قبل 45 دقيقة من الموعد المحدد للخروج.
ثم تم تعطيل بطاقة المفتاح قبل 10 دقائق من وقت التسجيل لذا كنت مقفلاً عندما عدت من الإفطار و اضطررت إلى النزول إلى المكتب الأمامي للحصول على إصلاحه السيدة الأولى في الاستقبال قالت لي انها سوف تعيد تفعيل بطاقة مفتاحي، حيث انني عدت الى الأعلى وكانت تقفل معي.. وكان المصعد بطيئاً جداً ولا أريد أن أعاقب عليه بسبب تسجيل الخروج المتأخر،،، لذا كان عليّ النزول إلى الدرج (والذي كان من الصعب جداً العثور عليه!) ثم أعطتني سيدة ثانية بطاقة مفاتيح مختلفة، وجديدة للعودة إلى غرفتي، ثم اضطررت إلى النزول إلى الدرج مرة أخرى و أخيراً تمكنت من الحصول على حقيبتي و التأكد من مغادرتي. في الإجمال كانت تجربة سيئة للغاية.
ممستخدم نزيلWe were a tad alarmed when we first walked into the lobby as there was construction going on in both the lobby and breakfast area. That said, our accommodation was great and each morning the breakfast room had been tidied up of construction and we were greeted with a variety of breakfast choices, which we very much enjoyed.
ممستخدم نزيلThis is the 2nd time I booked this hotel residence the first time March last year without a online booking then I booked through tthrough this year January 30 to February 3rd , I booked this hotel because it's been good service the first time I booked here and I had both times had good service. The hotel is a good location as it has bus service to downtown and southcentre that stops at chinook #10 & 15 + the Red line to somerset and Tuscany with easy transfer to the other lrt line blue line to saaddletown and 69st west end. I only used my hotel to relax and sleep other then that I was exploring and visiting family and friends. The front desk and cleaning staff was amazing 👏. The next time I vacation to Calgary expect a booking from this guy for a 3rd time.
JJames Y. HuangGreat value for a short term stay near the YYC, with turn off from major road BarlowTrail NE. The front entrance is a bit confusing if approaching from the rear industrial area.
Staff were friendly and professional, usual hotel damage deposit and person staying in expectation.
The room was very spacious and clean, although a bit dated. AC was a bit louder than expected, but was able to sleep through. I didn't have time to use the amenities (pool and gym).
