I had an amazing stay. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient front - desk staff. They checked me in quickly and provided all the necessary information with great patience.My room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay.

前台工作人員非常細心和樂於助人。房間非常乾淨、舒適。酒店設計有點侷促，沒 有一般公眾可以使用的樓梯來代替電梯。在我住宿期間衹有兩部電梯，其中一部壞了。酒店人滿為患所以電梯要排隊。前台工作人員讓我通過行政區域進入樓梯間，這是糟糕的建築設計。另外裏面幾乎沒有停車位，在地下的停車場很小，比較容易停滿，所以我不得不把車停在附近的停車 場。有趣的是，每天的費用比酒店便宜得多…

Amazing hotel downtown, offering cozy and comfortable rooms, a modern ambiance, and a cool bar to socialize. If you come by car, the best parking option is Tufts garage located just behind the hotel (daily parking rate was $45 as of 2025). The hotel is highly recommended.

We had a great stay. It is very close to Fenway and has great eats nearby. The breakfast was very good. The service was fantastic. I left some clothing in my room, and they helped mail my items back in a timely manner.

This hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.
