Everything was fine except the ac heating was not working even it is adjusted to 30 degrees it was cold as winter so had to put on my coat. The room was clean but there were hairs on the towel and inside the sink. Apart from these the reception staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Good place to stay, excellent room and services. Btw, parking is not free. It’s £20 per night extra and parking systems is not working well, we struggled on checkouts around 10-15 mins. However we love the facilities here, overall is great.

The hotel is close to the station so it’s convenient to explode the city and also visit Bath Spa. Views are marvellous and there are many amazing restaurants or coffee shops surrounded. Price is reasonable and the room is clean.

Overall, everything was very good. The staff were friendly and polite, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the location was great. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator and the bathroom exhaust fan, which couldn’t be turned off and was a bit noisy.
