The location is very near the train station. Might night the water heater not functioning. Other still acceptable.

The Hotel is very close to the railway station and also to the airport . The food is very tasty here in restaurant named blue corriander . Housekeeping was very great. Speacial thanks to miss aanandi for hercaring natur.I remmond this hotel to all others .

Lords plaza Hotel is one of the best hotel in surat, Because of good hotel facilities like gym, spa, laundry service, minibar, swimming pool, rooftop restaurant etc Hotel location very near by railway station and bus stand just take 5 min to reach also international Airport away just 30 to reach, This my first time trip in surat and just feel like home, Housekeeping cleanliness was amazing, all room and bathroom amenities were provided in rooms Thanks for make my stay comfortable. My experience was wonderful here at lords plaza Surat because of hotel's good hospitality, Room linen were fresh and hygienic also housekeeping cleanliness was good, I had enjoy my dinner both restorant but rooftop restaurant(TLT) was amazing and beautiful view also there is pool area also, Hotel food was very testy. Ajay and Pradeep house keeping team is attentive. The staff is friendly. The rooms and establishment is clean. The rooms are comfortable. The location is in a central . Construction was going on but it was not too noisy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone thanks team Lord keep it up.

The stay was decent for a business trip. Rooms were average , but there was some type of unpleasant odour in the hotel throughout. Food at the restaurant was good. Cost of hotel is ok

The room was given on the 11 th floor of the hotel that too in a corner, wash room was horrible , I asked at the recitation that you are giving me this room as I have booked by MMT
