Excellent customer service, delicious breakfast, Nice restaurant. Simply the best within the vicinity.

I was regularly staying in that hotel since 2021, year by year the standard of hotel reduced. Poor house keeping, Front desk staff were good . Hotel location is good close to airport and railway station.

rest room is and the curtain is not placed between toilets &bathing place towels , c, bed covers &pillow covers are not washed are changed

The property is not maintained well. It is an old one and so requires renovation. Bathroom curtains are very dirty, floor is dirty, and the comode seat is loose, sink drain valve is missing. Room floor is dirty. Thankfully the staffs are good and takes prompt action but unable to reach to the standard. Dear owner, please spend some money from your profit and do some maintenance. You are charging a good amount from customer but not providing good , comfortable, hygienic stay. It's not good. Yes

Amenities and hospitality was good! Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room service was good. Food was tasty.

cleaning was not proper near the bed and what is concept of mirror opening on bathroom instead of proper walls everything else was good

The stay at the HQ was satisfactory, though the expectations were high. The room was spacious. But they don't provide basic facilities in the room such as an extra towel, dental kit, and shaving kit.

They need training of how to treat guests. they just don't booked spa, they asked to wait for many services, dirty water in shower, salty water in taps.. no bathroom mats. very poor management

Comfortable & satisfying family stay. We booked 2 rooms for the family and hotel staff took care of us extremely well.

Not at all an ideal place for the people who want to explore goa. My humble request don't book this hotel if you are exploring goa. Staff are very adamant especially who are in the reception desk. They are just behind the money.
