رد من مكان الإقامة: 尊敬的賓客您好，非常感謝您入住萬象Q套房酒店！很抱歉本次入住沒有讓您獲得滿意的體驗。關於您的反饋：酒店位置在塔鑾湖特區離萬象中心僅3公里車程，地理位置應該不算偏僻，酒店前台配備有中文接待值班，方便溝通照顧中國客人的日常訴求，同時入住期間我們對您的房間升級到湖景套房，並贈送歡迎水果，關於早餐是歐陸式早餐60多種陳列，並針對中國客人特別提供中式蒸點和湯麪及炒菜，並由專人現場煎蛋服務，在團隊用餐高峯期時段，可能會出現暫時的空缺，請稍做等待廚房團隊就會補上，最後您作為中國籍客人也希望能感受我們付出的誠意，多多鼓勵我們，希望能夠在不遠的將來能夠為您提供更好的服務。Guest relation officier Dui.
