Curtain was broken, i couldnt use the remote to fully close the windows and avoid early morning sunlight.

地理位置不錯，距離華盛頓國會大概二十五分鐘的車程，20美元左右。酒店服務不錯，餐廳供應熱水。我們提前到了，前台安排我們提前入住。附近三百米處有一個地中海食物風格的參觀，物美價廉。四百米處有一個大型超市。很方便。

Your website advertised a shuttle to the metro. That’s why we chose this site. There was no shuttle. The new manager was very nice but was unable to get us a refund because we booked third party. We had to Uber for days at great cost to us. One day we left a half eaten box of candy on the desk. Next morning it was FULL of sugar ants. Nasty!

During my stay at Hampton Inn as I parked my first impression was horrific, I parked near the dumpster and my family and I see a whole bunch of rats casually walking as if they own the place. Meaning they are there daily and this hotel isn’t doing anything to stop it. We also witnessed a lot of ***** in the bed sheets, pillow cases, and towels. On my last day we asked for new towels bc we didn’t have any due to the fact that there were filled with ***** and they forgot to send them, 30 minutes later we finally received them after calling a second time.
