Good hotel and location, 2 x double beds in room, was very dusty from weather conditions with window left open in room. Air conditioner was limited to 23 degrees so very warm in room which made it uncomfortable to sleep

The staff is not very friendly. We arrived late at the hotel, they told us that our room was not available anymore, although we’ve already paid for it.

The room environment is very good, the location is very convenient, and the minibar also has three drinks. For a room of this price, it is still worth it. The laundry room is well received as always👍

People from northern Shaanxi like to stroll around Xi'an when they have nothing to do. Since the elderly live in Shenglong Square, most of their activities in Xi'an are near Shenglong Square. I noticed this Mercure in Shenglong Square when it was just renovated. In the past two years, I have basically stayed at the Mercure Shenglong Square when I went to Xi'an. First of all, the transportation is very convenient. The Mercure Hotel is located on the side of Weiyang Road. If you want to take the subway, it is just between the two subway stations of Daming Palace West and Longshouyuan on Line 2. You can walk to any of the above subway stations in 10 minutes. There are all kinds of delicious food gathered in Shenglong Square next to it, and you can't finish it at all. The room is very large and well-equipped. The small refrigerator also gives away drinks. The bed in the double room is very large, and it is not crowded at all with children. The breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of dishes, and the little guy eats very happily every time. I will continue to stay next time I come.

The hotel was clean and nice. The location is also good. There are 3 shopping malls nearby. However, since Chinese food doesn't suit me, there was nothing to eat for breakfast. But I still had fun and left.
