It's a convenient 5-minute walk to JR Furano Station. The room features a wet/dry separation in the bathroom and modern facilities. The comforter was quite thick, making me overheat easily during the night. The hotel offers self-service iced coffee, available anytime. Breakfast was extensive, high-quality, and offered a wide variety of choices. It was one of the two best breakfasts I had during my entire Hokkaido trip.

The room was a typical Japanese business hotel setup, though it felt a bit more spacious than usual. It was also very clean. They thoughtfully provide complimentary amenities for children, including special indoor wear, pillows, and toiletries. The onsen (hot spring bath) was excellent. After a relaxing soak, you can head downstairs to the first floor for a refreshing welcome drink. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding. All I can say is, just take a look at the quality and presentation of the seafood bowl! The staff were also incredibly helpful and friendly. One particularly kind and lovely lady at the front desk truly charmed my child, who even drew a little picture in our room specifically to give to her!

The hotel looks a little far at first (about 10–15 min walk from the station), but with the cool windy weather, it felt like an easy walk. Maybe in mid-summer or snow winter it could be tougher, but during our stay it was very comfortable short walk for us. The room was spacious and spotless. The sofa was already prepared with bed sheets and pillows, making it easy for a 3rd or even 4th guest to sleep (just make sure to put the correct number of guests, including children, when booking). The onsen was excellent – clean, large, and with real spring water. There’s also a washing machine (bring your own detergent), and a kitchenette in the room, though you need to borrow cooking utensils from the front desk, guest need to clean them after use. (No condiments are provided) Breakfast was very good, but the only downside is the 40-minute time limit. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, though one female staff at reception and a male staff at the breakfast area seemed less welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend this place to families who want a spacious room with a small kitchen and a proper onsen. Definitely choose the breakfast plan if you book.

The hotel is located above a shopping mall. You need to take an elevator up to the 7th floor to transfer to another one for the guest rooms. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it's not a hassle once you're familiar with it. As a city hotel, the rooms are compact, which is quite typical of Japanese hotels. The toiletries were unbranded, but the breakfast was decent and certainly met four-star expectations. Although the window was small, the view was excellent. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the comfortable bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Interestingly, bottled water is only provided when the room is serviced. If you decline cleaning, you don't get water. For a partial clean, you have to collect it yourself, and only a full room service includes water delivery to your room. I still can't quite wrap my head around this logic.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station. To get there, exit the South Gate, turn right (without crossing the road), and follow the sidewalk; you'll know you're close when you spot the Rokka Tei building. The service was exceptionally attentive: staff at the entrance immediately came over to assist with our luggage the moment they spotted us, and after check-in, another staff member personally escorted us with our bags to our room door. The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. However, the toiletries were all mini-sized, which I found a bit inconvenient and insufficient, especially after staying in numerous other Japanese hotels. The breakfast spread was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is also within walking distance of Tanukikoji and Odori Park. Additionally, there's an airport shuttle bus stop at the hotel's back parking lot. However, it only operates four services in the morning; for other times, you can catch a bus from across the JR Station.

Our first stop in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Transportation was very convenient. There's a direct airport bus from the airport; we got off at Susukino station, and it was about a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel facilities were a bit dated, but generally acceptable, especially since we were out exploring all day anyway. Just a few minutes' walk away is Cocono, which offers dining, shopping, and a supermarket, making it very convenient. The supermarket stocked a variety of Hokkaido-exclusive Sapporo products. We got a great deal on this hotel through a Ctrip group purchase.

The room is not that big, but there is enough space, you can even easily keep your suitcase open. The staff is very responsive. The location is just great - everything you need and even more is nearby. If necessary, you can wash your clothes here, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, the soundproofing is good, or I just didn't have neighbors :)

Three things really stood out for us: 1. **Breakfast:** Consistently satisfying every day. The seafood and fresh ingredients were excellent, and the pudding, soup curry, and roasted pumpkin are all highly recommended. 2. **Natural Hot Spring:** Very convenient for a relaxing soak. It was never crowded and always clean. Complimentary ice pops or Yakult drinks were a lovely touch after coming out. 3. **Location:** Situated right at the doorstep of JR Sapporo Station, a major transportation hub. With a day pass, getting anywhere by public transport was incredibly convenient, and it was just as easy to return to the hotel from various spots, saving a lot of walking. If I ever return, I would definitely stay here again! One peculiar thing: When I booked the room through Ctrip, I received a special notice (pictured in 3 and 4) stating that a cleaning fee was not included and that towels were only provided for self-replacement by the door. However, this notice was completely absent when I booked through a different platform, which I found quite strange.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Hakodate Station has only one exit, and the hotel is the tall building immediately to the left, with the Hakodate Morning Market right across to the right. Immediately after checking in, we took a taxi to the Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses, with Hachiman-zaka Slope just a short walk away. Only upon returning to the hotel did we realize that Hakodate Station is right by the sea, and a leisurely stroll along the waterfront also leads directly to the Red Brick Warehouses. With buses and taxis available right outside the station entrance, getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, offering plenty of comfortable sofas for guests to relax. The hotel features a public bath and sauna, and after a relaxing soak, complimentary popsicles in various flavors are a delightful treat. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including all-you-can-eat sashimi! All the food was delicious, and we were constantly delighted by the offerings. Overall, a truly wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Although we didn't go up Mount Hakodate for the famous night view, our hotel window offered a stunning vista of the sea. As night fell, the coastline and the illuminated buildings sparkled, creating an equally breathtaking nocturnal panorama. Absolutely magnificent!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable room, convenient location! One thing that surprised me, though, was a total lack of laundry machines... it's the only hotel in Japan from 20+ that I've stayed in that doesn't have coin laundry on site... this made it not very convenient... other than that, it was great!
