Causeway Bay omakase: Shari Sushi

The omakase restaurant Relic Sushi, which is dominated by Dragon Master Chuan in Yuen Long, has finally opened a branch in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Island! Sauce-stained Toro: The grease is not as rich as big Toro, the meat will be thicker, and the fish flavor will be lighter, so it goes very well with the secret soy sauce, which is a different flavor. Tuna sushi: This fish is rarely seen anywhere, in fact, I have never even heard of it, but the meat is more solid than the medium toga, the freshness is more prominent, it is a very special sushi. Hokkaido white seaweed: Hokkaido white seaweed is the quintessential seaweed. Their biggest feature is their large and long grains, their taste is elegant and refined, and their taste is excellent. Slow Cooked Fairy Toe Oysters: Fairy Toe Oysters are known as "milk of the sea" in Japan. Hokkaido's Hougan Bay Senfeng Toe is famous for its oysters. The seawater mixes with the mineral-rich lake water to produce oysters with striking size, thick flesh and smooth texture.
