Ukiyo Cafe

#johorbahrutrip Very exquisite designer cakes and lush surroundings, the shop name "ukiyo" sounds very Japanese and the luxurious decor makes this place remarkable. We arrived at 3:30pm and there were very few varieties left to choose from. We tasted the Cecilé, Sienna and Geneva - very special names were given for the cakes. 1. Cecilé, Dark Chocolate Fudge Cube, it is no ordinary cube, it delivers great amount of chocolate that melts in the mouth. 2. Sienna, Earl Grey Dark Chocolate Tart. The cream was chocolatey and not too sweet. 3. Geneva, Hazelnut Praliné Mille Feuille - we like this pastry but we felt the pastry could be more crispy. We are definitely going to return to try all of the rest of cakes created by the chef. Great chocolate masterpieces!!! Thank you Chef!!
