Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a massive chocolate fountain—how captivating! The guided tour covers everything from cocoa bean cultivation to production, as well as the history of Swiss chocolate. Of course, the most popular part of the tour is the chocolate tasting, which is a favorite among kids. If you couldn’t book a guided tour, you can still visit the shop.
