Shiroi Koibito Park is Hokkaido's sweet calling card. Stepping into this dreamy land feels like entering a fairy tale world filled with romance and sweetness. The park's iconic building—an antique-style English castle—seems to have leaped straight out of a storybook, standing quietly under the blue sky and white clouds. Inside the castle lies the mysterious world of a chocolate factory. Through the glass windows, I watched chocolate sauce churning in machines and cookies slowly moving along conveyor belts, each step brimming with craftsmanship and passion. The rich aroma of chocolate made me take a deep breath, as if the whole world was immersed in sweetness. Strolling along the park's pathways, I passed blooming flowers and lush green lawns. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting dappled shadows. I arrived at the rose garden, home to over 200 varieties and more than 1,000 rose bushes, all in full bloom—fiery red, rosy pink, and snow-white. A gentle breeze rustled the petals, releasing waves of enchanting fragrance. Wandering among the flowers, I captured these beautiful moments with my camera, each rose feeling like a gift from nature, utterly mesmerizing. At the dessert workshop, I embarked on an unforgettable DIY journey. I carefully mixed chocolate sauce, spread it evenly on cookies, and dusted them with a thin layer of powdered sugar, every motion deliberate to preserve this sweet perfection. When my handmade cookies came out of the oven, I couldn't resist taking a bite—the familiar sweetness melted in my mouth, making the whole world feel tender. Shiroi Koibito Park is not just a paradise for food lovers but also a place brimming with romance and creativity. Here, sweet flavors and a romantic atmosphere intertwine, making it hard to leave.
