I thought I wouldn't have to queue up if I went there at noon, but there were still so many people waiting. Not all of them were Chinese, so we didn't make it popular. Tusokchon Ginseng Chicken Soup   A restaurant next to Gyeongbokgung Palace that is well-known in Seoul and specializes in cooking traditional chicken soup. The chicken is soft and delicious, and it is especially delicious when paired with kimchi. There is a separate take-out window at the door, and I saw some Koreans take it home to eat. The ginseng chicken soup gave a big ginseng, the quality of the ginseng is very good, the chicken is not small, the chicken skin is very thin, there is not much fat, and the chicken soup is very fragrant! The chicken soup is not seasoned, usually a dish of salt and pepper is given, dip the chicken in it, and add that to the soup, so that the glutinous rice is more fragrant. A glass of ginseng wine is given, the ginseng taste is quite strong, and the ginseng wine can be bought separately.

It is said to be the best ginseng chicken soup restaurant in Seoul. Sometimes you have to queue for 1-2 hours. It is the closest to the East Gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace, about 5 minutes walk. I arrived at around 12 o'clock and waited for one or two minutes at the door before going in. However, it should be considered early. After eating, there was a queue at the door.
