Needs repairs. It could use some repairs. My husband tightened the toilet so it didn't rock back and forth. The bathroom door was hard to latch and made a lot of noise.

The rooms were nice. The staff could of used some personality or more training in customer service. They also were undergoing a renovation and so they had the elevators lined with blankets so when you used them to get to your room or down to the lobby it looked like something out of a ****** movie. We were very disappointed as the pictures for the hotel showed a hot tub but when we went to look at the pool area they had a giant board covering up the hole to where it use to be and it looked like they had filled it in.

We always stay here while in Nashville. Very nice. Very clean. Very close to Broadway. Wonderful staff! Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient location.

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The desk clerk this AM was appreciative that I told him about a faulty outlet in the room. I would say attention need to be paid to the outside,backside of the building. Pallets and trash on the ground. Lid to dumpster was open.

Pleasant and clean place to stay in Ankeny. Two hiccups were quickly taken care of by the front desk staff. We would stay here again.

This hotel went WAY above expectations with customer service!! During our stay, we used the hotel's address to have medicine delivered from Walmart for our sick child. Needless to say, our next big Christmas order from Walmart accidentally shipped to the hotel instead of our home address. This staff went above and beyond to collect three separate shipment orders and get them shipped back to me as soon as possible. The communication from Brittany and Erik does not go unnoticed. I am truly appreciative of the kind gestures used to help with MY mistake. There are still good people in this world!! Thank you again!!

System Down The hotel is ok. It seemed a bit damp and old in our room. For three days we were told the systems were down and there would be no way to order bar drinks or breakfast foods. Seemed a bit odd and no compensation was given for that issue.

We did offer a free complimentary breakfast while our computer system in the restaurant was down instead of the usual pay on own, made to order breakfast to try and make up for the inconvenience. We also provide beers and wine in the market for purchase. I apologize if there was any miscommunication and you were not made aware of this.It's my hope that if you find yourself back in the area, we can welcome you again and you can enjoy our Bistro offerings!
