Experiencia perfecta bufet de 10 animación de 10 son los mejores sobre todo charly súper dinámico y simpático muy resolutivo y super alegre la cabaña genial y la gente muy simpática instalaciones muy buenas vacaciones de 10

Las almohadas no son cómodas, están a falta de relleno y la solución es ir dándole más lo que hace que acabes con el cuello roto

La animación super divertida, las chicas de animación son encantadoras Jazminer y Sara unas chicas maravillosas y super divertidas todo el show estuvimos riendo.... Super recomendable!!!

Es la segunda vez que vamos y la primera vez fue una experiencia fantástica pero ahora ha sido excelente me ha encantado pasar ahí 10 días socorristas como Álvaro o Paulo perfectos atentos en todo y que decir de los chic@s de animación Charly, Cristián, Sara, Sara, Sandra, Paula y Alicia del game y como no María súper divertido ameno me lo pasé genial en los quizz lo que sí diría que los shows en el magic no lucen tanto como en el anfiteatro del Pirata pero son muy entretenidos. La comida del buffet la verdad que bien lo único que para el desayuno casi siempre hay lo mismo eso lo cambiaría… Mabel y Rafa que son los chic@s de la entrada del buffet súper majos muy simpáticos y agradables. El trenecito que te lleva de las cabañas al buffet o al parque acuático o zoo súper bien sobretodo Nacho y el chico argentino de la mañana. El zoo una pasada me ennacta porque los tienen muy bien cuidados a todos y el parque acuático también muy bien. Y muy contenta en general solo decir que reservé en el pirata por teléfono y yo quería la cabaña que tiene “piscina privada” hemos ido he pagado y luego me han dicho que ahí no había nada en esa zona que me daban otra delante d la piscina de los barcos entonces me han devuelto el dinero ya que yo había pedido la otra, la atención en recepción del pirata bien. Lo dicho muy contenta de haber pasado 10 días ahí deseando volver. Muchas gracias

Nos ha sorprendido muy positivamente el Game Experience y también el Mini Club... sobretodo por la atención de Alicia y Alhelí hacia nuestro hijo Quico de 12 años. Da gusto ser atendido con esa amabilidad por parte de las monitoras. A mi, que personalmente me cuesta aplaudirle a la gente por su trabajo, les tengo que dar un 10 sobre 10. Muchísimas gracias chicas. 👏👏👏🫶

Los monitores son lo más !! Sobretodo Cristian y Sandra una maravilla de personas y tanto los niños como los adultos hemos disfrutado muchísimo con ellos

Los animadores Christian y Sandra son excelentes y el trato con la gente excepcional y hacen pasar un muy bien rato tanto a mayores como a los pequeños

After spending 9 days here, I have a true mixed review. When you get there the first day, it seems to take forever to book you in once you are done they put on a buggy to take you to your room woth luggage and then collect you when your holiday finishes. The place itself is really nice, really clean and looked after with great views of the zoo, and benidorm. The lodges were also very clean, comfy, spacious for what is needed and the room serviced every day with a refill of soft and alcoholic drinks, free WiFi on site where you have to get codes (can have upto 6 devices connected) but the code only lasts 4 hours you do get 4-5 collected from reception. Now onto the actual site, as say we spent 9 days here which is very very hilly but they do have a internal train which runs most the day til midnight which picks you up and drops you near your lodge and also goes to and from Terra Natura and Aqua Natura but it's often quite busy so you either have to wait for the next time it comes hoping it isn't going to be full or take a walk which isnt too great when you've got a push chair. The pools, a few to choose from wasn't overly busy but we went out of UK school holiday term so I can imagine it would get very very busy so may find it hard to get by either pool and the kids ain't allowed any kind of inflatable toys (beach balls/bigger rings) but are allowed a small rubber ring available to purchase from the site shop and you can hire larger towels at 10 euro each deposit and could also hire covered seats/canopy etc at 30 euro fir the deluxe. There you'll also find a mini bar (sometimes busy), The main pool is quite small in comparison to another hotels pools but this is where the action is, water polo, Aqua zumba, mat running and a foam party which goes over the baby pool but only lasts 10 mins then thats it. The shop on site is well stocked with everything you'd need for your stay, However if you only have notes amd need them changing for the little machines, they won't give you change if you ask for it and have to go to reception then once you get there you're lucky if you get sorted in under 10 mins, they definitely put Spanish before anyone else often speaking at least 10 mins before they finally come to you. Let's carry on about the holiday itself, food was to be expected mainly Spanish foods however there was some English food not a great choice though but manageable. Breakfast was probably the better option. Breakfast 7-11 then nothing else till lunchtime which is fine as you'd eaten at breakfast. You can get ham and cheese sandwiches, cheese and onion rolls, sausage rolls, plate of crisps, or doughnuts from the bars. They do have snacks but only served from 16.30-18.00 (this is the better option kebabs, burgers, hot dogs etc) then back to dinnertime from 19.00, then snack bar from 22.00 again til 23.00. However they do have other restaurants where you can book to use (Italian and meat restaurants) and they also will deliver pizza to

Sobresaturación de los servicios, con escaso personal, colas de espera infinitas. Desde luego no es lo que yo entiendo por un todo incluido de calidad. Media hora para entregar las toallas, colas de más de 20 minutos para cualquier tipo de bebida, el buffet muy saturado de gente, cola de media hora para entrar y cuanto lo consigues ves un montón de mesas vacías con los platos sucios encima. Solamente un tren para todo el recinto, y cuando pasa como casi siempre va lleno no te para y te toca ir andando a pleno sol. Restaurante temático lleno todos los días de la estancia, con lo que lo puedes ir. Para los precios que tiene cuida muy poco al cliente

The place is very outdoorsy, more than i expected. It takes a while to get used to as it is quite a big accommodation. The food is not hot and it is the same every day. The entertainment could also be a lot better, some nights are good and some nights are not the best. The main pool is always very busy and is quite small, considering it is very expensive i would have thought it would be way better, due to the accommodation being big it’s a lot of walking about from your lodge to the square or the pool, You can get a train but sometimes takes a long wait. We booked this hotel due to the reviews being really good and it being a 4 star hotel but i guess some people aren’t honest. The zoo and water park is fantastic but the actual hotel is very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Alicia, la chica de la sala de videojuegos es encantadora. Te explica y ayuda un montón. Los chicos de los burgués, te ayudan un montón y las chicas de la animación de la sala de niños muy atentas y cariñosas.
