還行 就是印度人有點多 停車場車位巨小

Check in process and check out process were smooth since it was already paid in advance. There were no dental kits and when asked they said they will charge us. No water in the room. I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone. Paid a lot for 2 connecting rooms but extremely tiny rooms with poor old carpet that is so slippery that you will fall at least twice . Worst experience ! Fortunately, we stayed only for a night

Stayed here before and had a great experience so we booked again. The stay was just as fab as the first time! Very happy and will be staying again.

Excellent service, customer care, smelled beautiful throughout, clean, tidy throughout. Highly recommended. Well maintained. Excellent value

For a solo traveler the rooms are tiny and often side rooms on the floor. The restaurant is usually busy with outsiders so may need booking or room service is an option. Parking is not available and you may need to book that separately however it’s very near so ok.

Always a delight staying at Park Regis, definitely love this hotel and it’s my favourite place to stay when in Brum. The breakfast is also a highlight, absolutely amazing.

It's not the best hotel on the street. It's very expensive, and breakfast £18 each and we did return throughout our stay. The food was very poor. Weatherspoon was a lot cheaper and nicer. Communal lights on my corridor did not function as it should. I booked a deluxe room, which is basic. No shaver plug in inside the bathroom. TV isn't smart. The bathroom was very clean. These days, they struggle to charge the costs to my room. Communal shared areas are great but rooms very basic.

入住第二晚凌晨三點我和對象剛回到酒店，我發現我的內褲，我對象的眼鏡，洗面奶和爽膚水都丟失了，但是姨媽巾等物品還放在原位。我們立馬去前台詢問，結果他説時間太晚了，要明早十一點再和前台説才能解決。我們就沒睡幾個小時早上來前台説了這件事，結果前台讓我們留下姓名和電話，下午一點前會聯繫我們。結果我們等到下午三點也沒有消息，我們衹能又來到前台説了我們的事情，酒店經理來了，説房間清潔人員沒看到我們的東西。但我們的確丟了東西，酒店又不承認看見了這些東西，那我們想查看監控，但酒店經理卻説我們沒有權利查看。酒店經理衹打算賠償我們十到二十鎊，但我們的眼鏡五百鎊。經理一聽就不願意了，他開始不相信我們丟東西了，説我們也沒辦法證明自己丟了這些東西。但我們一回酒店就發現東西沒有了，我們來前台反饋，覺都沒有睡好，結果酒店經理沒有一點想賠償的意思。我們從凌晨四點就告知酒店我們丟東西了，等到下午三點也沒有任何消息，請問這就是這個酒店的辦事效率嗎？這個酒店經理還告訴我們每天清潔人員下班都要做全身檢查，看包裏有沒有不屬於他們的東西，才放他們走。但是辦事效率這麼低下的酒店，我並不相信他説的每天檢查是真的。我們已經訂了晚上的票去另一個城市，我們説如果不解決我們就報警了，因為我的內褲丟了我認為是性騷擾，其他東西丟了算是盜竊。酒店經理一聽就無所謂的碩報警就報警唄，反正他也無所謂，這麼大一個酒店不可能因為丟點東西就倒閉。我們思考一下，一旦報警我們衹能車票作廢，再在伯明翰待三四天，這也不一定能從酒店經理那要到賠償。我們也不確定當地警方的辦事效率。最後，我們要了酒店的郵箱，酒店經理讓我們發郵件解決。我們衹能走了。但我們沒有要到絲毫賠償，而且發郵件解決不了任何問題，我們並不認可這個解決方案。我們衹是想在酒店裡儘快把這個事情解決，但是酒店經理一點也不着急，這麼低下的辦事效率，我真的很生氣和無奈，我衹能自認倒黴了！我希望酒店給我一個解釋和賠償。

除了貴，其他沒啥問題，1300一晚都不含早，也無法判斷早餐豐盛程度，有健身房可用，這點比較友好

Beautiful hotel, very clean and tidy. Rooms were nice & decent size. Very friendly staff.

最最坑！房間小的兩個人都轉不開！真不知道憑什麼要2700多！去了絕對後悔！
