Highly recommended, ideally located, good communication, rooms are comfortable & cleaned daily. Straight walk from the train station, & just minutes walk away from Piaza Magoire. Safety & security in place, & the breakfast is varied & tasty, & adequate to. Opens at 8, for those with early flights. With accommodation priced sky-high, this does make a very pleasant & friendly alternative.

My first breakfast was rearranged because the owner needed the place for her cooking class. The arrangement went badly with no apology followed. Later the owner waved my tax payment, but I would prefer an apology rather than money. This B&B needs to learn about customer service. Customers are not figures on a chessboard to move them around for owners convinience. The whole incidence left me with a bad feeling. The WiFi was also poor, needed 3 resets in 4 days.

God placering, dårlig stand. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Sød personale, meget imødekommende. Informerer og hjælpsom. Værelset mangler en opdatering, meget slidt (bad og tekøkken) Dårlig ventilation - høj fugtighed. Meget lydt mellem lejlighederne. Defekt vandlås, lugtede af kloak. Glemte rengøring og rene håndklæder. Ikke nok håndklæder 3 stk til 4 personer.

Great location A quirky BB right in the historic old town so easy to walk to. All rooms are different, eclectic and simple…no frills. Friendly welcome from Nico.

I had a great time at Cristina’s! The room’s high ceilings, vintage furniture and the view of Bologna’s rooftops with the church at the background create a somewhat nostalgic atmosphere. The room is quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable, there is a nice big mirror and some quirky lighting. My room (no. 3) was the one with its private bathroom outside the room, but the view certainly compensates for this slight inconvenience. Breakfast included basics like hard-boiled eggs, good coffee, ham&cheese toast and pastries. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, and above all, the location is a blast - although very central the small street itself is very quiet. Would definitely stay at Cristina Rossi again!

Relation client déplorable et purement mercantile. Absence de prise en compte des clients en période d’inondations et mise officier en alerte rouge de la sécurité civile italienne à Bologne notamment

L'hôtel utilise ses clients comme un cash machine lui permettant de faire de l'argent facile. En période d'inondation majeure ayant entrainé des morts en EMilie Romagne et la mise en alerte rouge par la sécurité civile italienne de la ville de Bologne notamment, l'hôtel a refusé le remboursement et même la mise en report de celui ci alors que nous étion prêt à l'honorer à une autre période de 2023. Elle a été jusqu'à nous dire et nous écrire que rien n'avait été de tel dans la ville qui était prête à nous accueillir comme si de rien n'étais pour justifier ce qui est un vol pur et simple de leur part. Ecœurant !
