The space has been meticulously designed and furnished with comfort and rest in mind. You will enjoy well appointed bedrooms with most being en suite. Extensive decks and patios allow enjoyment of the private outdoor setting. All of this and 5 min to downtown, Gonzaga and the hospitals.The space is clean and contemporary with new furniture and a designers touch. Hardwood floors exist throughout the main floor and bedrooms are newly carpeted. Five full bathrooms will ensure that each guest will have easy access to be ready for each day. There is both a gas and wood fireplace to gather around and enjoy the company of your friends and family. Three large TVs exist throughout the house including an 85 inch TV in the media room . The media room also includes arcade games and a popcorn maker. There is extensive outdoor space with decks off of three of the bedrooms as well as a wrap around deck on the main floor. The lower level walks out to a large patio that includes and new hot tub. There are window A/C units installed in 3 of the bedrooms to help keep things comfortable. While the house sleeps up to 12 guests, the third floor can get quite warm during the peak summer months, especially when outdoor temperatures are above 75°F. I live in Logan Neighborhood and my address has a walk score of 79. It's very close to Gonzaga University and downtown Spokane. A grocery store, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the home. Guests can walk, take a bus, bike, ride a scooter or get a car.
