hotel kotor bgt, handuk gada jd hrs minta, kamar mandi jg kaca pemisah antara kamar mandi basah dan kering jg gaada, ya sesuai harga sih untung cm buat transit transit aja disini

Stayed here coz visitinf relative who was hospitalize in nearby hospital ...didnt expect much at first, but it was not bad..room is spacious..got hot shower, tv comes with variety of channels, and room is clean. N theres so many food option nearby

Posisi strategis, hotelnya agak old, tapi lumayan bersih dan dengan tarif sesuailah. Kekurangan, di kmr and kmr mandi tdk ada tissu.

The lobby is good and clean but the rooms not 

Hotel tidak bagus, proses refund tidak bisa dilayani ditempat harus ke agency, dari agency bilang dari hotelnya alasannya.

I'm in a business trip to Jakarta from Bali, look for the nearest hotel to University of Indonesia campus, and directed to this Super OYO Townhouse 1 Salemba by Traveloka. There's only 1 room left for a double bed suite, so I booked it for 2 nights (8-9 Sept 2023). All went easy, check in smoothly with deposit IDR 100K and warning about 2.000.000 fine if I smoke in the room... Get in to the room, spacious one, smoker room smells, and DANG... Bed sheet like sh** No tissue, soap, shampoo or any other amenities. No towel Smelly No Mineral Water ETC I have to go, so I left my belonging in the room, and went to University of Indonesia. Stopped at the reception told the staf that there' no towel nor amenity, and she said it will be taken care... Done with my things, arrived at the hotel 22:30, get in the room, no towel, no nothing... So I tried to canceled my room, not possible by Traveloka, not possible by the hotel, even for the second night... Well, my loss, but this is my review... "I will never ever come back to this sh** of building they called HOTEL..!!!"

The bedsheet is dirty and disgusting seems like just been used by someone else and they have not been changed for the new guest!
