"نبقى في هذا الفندق لمدة 3 ليال. راضون عن الموقع والنظافة والخدمة المقدمة وخاصة ليزا دو. يقع الفندق بالقرب من محطة المترو. الغرف صغيرة جدا. بعضها أكبر بكثير مما يجعلها مريحة. الإفطار كان جيدا. تقع محطة القطار الرئيسية في المحطة الرئيسية. ولكن هناك شيء يحتاج إلى تحسين من المكتب الأمامي وخاصة العاملين في اللوبي ، يجب أن ينتبهوا عندما يصل العملاء ولكن معظم الوقت يلعبون بالهاتف."

"بقيت هنا لمدة 3 ليال. الفندق يقدم خدمة استلام وتسليم مياة الخيل من محطة القطار التي تقدر بثمن عاليا خصوصا في البرد. الغرف كبيرة و نظيفة ولكن لا يوجد بها شطاف. الإفطار لديهم متواضع. الغرفة نظيفة وجيدة من حيث الموقع ، على الرغم من أن المنطقة ليست كبيرة ، كان من الممكن السير إلى الشارع السياحي في 15 دقيقة مع العديد من المطاعم في المنطقة المجاورة. مركز زائري شانغباشان للساكن أيضا حوالي 25 دقيقة سيرا على الأقدام. أجدها مناسبة تماما! كما عرض السائق(السائقين) على نقل خاص إلى مناطق الجذب المحلية المختلفة مثل الينابيع الساخنة والبحار بالنهر بسعر معقول (هناك سعر نشرة للنقل المقدمة في الفندق للمراجعه) بسعر منخفض لجميع أماكن الجذب المختلفة. في المجمل أنا مسرور جداً جداً لخبرتي في الفندق!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, she personally fetched us from the train station when we arrived. All her food and attractions recommendations during our stay were fantastic and with good price point. There were also hearty breakfast provided every morning even when we had an early train. Will definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."
