There were people inside, so I didn't take a photo.

The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Very new hotel, although the lobby is not big, it is warm and comfortable, the hotel atrium is novel in design, clean and hygienic. The hotel is adjacent to Puyue, sharing breakfast and hot springs, the room is very new, relatively spacious and clean compared to ordinary hotels, and the distance from Changbai Mountain Visitor Center is moderate, which is very friendly for Changbai Mountain where it is difficult to get a taxi. The front desk lady is very friendly and enthusiastic, answering questions enthusiastically, answering every question patiently, and also helping to check in early. I will still choose Rijina when I come to Changbai Mountain again@@

帶着三個長者和一個孩子去長白山玩，入住了二道河恩都裏花築奢.森林，這次旅行的幸運和感動都是從花築奢.森林開始。入住前我提前跟花築奢酒店電話聯繫，入住時才知道這個熱心、負責、認真、親切、善良的前台美女叫韓丹。韓丹美女幫我推薦了一大早四點半從延吉出發的包車司機，還幫我預訂了長白山天池的VIP通道票，酒店管家也一大早就去北門停車場去接我那不能上天池的媽媽和行李並且幫忙把行李拿回房間十分感謝。在此還要感謝一下小楊美女提前幫我媽媽開了房讓她可以在房間休息。在韓丹美女的協調下我們順利趕上了當天7：00去天池的VIP通道車。看到了藍寶石般的天池，感恩遇見花築奢，感恩幸運。下午從天池下來才知道當天邯鄲美女不值班休息，但是她還一大早就聯繫我下了高速告訴她，她讓管家接我媽和行李，全程體貼熱心負責服務，並且民宿員工正常都是7：00才上班，她們都一大早都在幫我們為我們加班付出。我此次入住真的被這家民宿員工的認真負責、熱心關懷，親切和藹的笑容感動到了。入住後有九宮格歡迎果盤，還有隔壁雪絨花下午茶還有温泉，房間整潔乾淨，員工熱情禮貌，這一切讓我們感到舒適愜意，民宿就在火廣場那裡，看錶演吃飯特別方便，而且民宿還有接送站服務，很方便。最後我家人都説還想在這家民宿再住兩天，因為很愜意舒服那裡的氣候很合適避暑，我已經把這家民宿推薦給了朋友，如果以後再來一定毫不猶豫選擇花築奢.森林。
