The room is soooo small, small like you open the door boom theres a bed and a bathroom on the side no space for moving around even the closet they are putting only one side you will be able to open due to the small room ever. Beside the sewers smell that come from the bathroom its just make you wanna throw up. And the food in the morning smell will just slip into your room through the air conditioner. And the biggest surprise is that you don’t have any kind of privacy cause you will be sharing everything with the neighbors rooms cause the walls so thin that if you were talking over the phone your neighbor will hear every single word. The WIFI isnt that bad but it working sometimes and off sometimes. The hygiene of the room in the minimum standards you ever imagine first of all the room service is only working from 7 am till 4 pm so basically if you need anything after 4 you have to wait until the next day !!! We ordered an extra pillow it took them 2 days to get it. Not to mention the small bed and the bad mattress. The only good thing is the location of this hotel cause its near to the metro station and taksim square which you can find a hundred other better hotel .

Je suis déçue de mon séjour en famille. Personnel non acceuillant, jamais souriant. Chambre triple avec un troisième lit n'est pas confortable du tout. Fausse brochure de l'hôtel qui ne reflète pas la réalité. Ça parle du spa et massage et piscine alors que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de ces services. Une vrai arnaque !!!! Petit déjeuner industriel, rien n'est fait maison, aucune spécialité Turc. L'hôtel est commercialisé sous la catégorie de 4 étoiles alors que il n'y a aucune indice dans l'hôtel qu'il possède ses 4 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas Nova Plaza Taksim Square, à éviter.

My stay at Nova Plaza Taksim Square was disappointing. Despite a central location, I found the staff rude and unhelpful, which really detracted from the experience. The breakfast buffet was very poor, with limited choices and mediocre quality products. It was far from what I expected from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this establishment given these issues.

Great location This hotel is small but so clean. The rooms are too small to stay. good air conditioning system. breakfast was average but the staff had good behavior and was supportive. all of the staff had smiles all the time. overall, I recommend this hotel for short stays.

We were there for 2nights and we choose this hotel because of its location...but it was a great mistake..it was awful..i went to many hotels in the world and i cant say how awful was this hotel! The room was totally dirty and you hate when you open your eyes in this hotel! I asked 2times for fixing the air conditioner and when each person of this hotel came, they dont get off their shoes even when i said to them that you should get them off! Believe me that you would be crazy in each moment that you are there. The bathroom was awful!! It was smelling all the time and it doesnt be fixed! Our room was double but they gave us 2 dingle bed!!!I think if you call this place "hotel", you dont know the definition of hotel. I prefere to sleep in the street rather than being in this location again! I should say that after this nightmare i went to another hotel that its name was Dore pera and it was amazing.dont waste your money and time to be in Nova plaza hotel

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel staff were very accommodating; especially Adem who worked at the front entry. He was so kind and helpful. Gave us recommendations and also provided us adapters for electrical phone chargers. He was fantastic! We recommend staying there for sure.

Από λάθος μας γιατί δεν μας έφτιαξαν το safehox αφήσαμε στο δωμάτιο μετρητά χρήματα .μάλλον οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος μας έκλεψαν 50 ευρώ.την άλλη μέρα αφήσαμε "ψωμάκι"δόλωμα μετρητά κ μας πήραν οι καθαρίστριες η κάποιος άλλος 25 ευρώ.θα βλέπαμε με τον μάνατζερ από τις κάμερες ποιός ήταν.κρυφτηκαν όλοι μέχρι να φύγουμε.μας είπαν δεν χρειάζεται αστυνομία.οχι πια σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο με τους κλέφτες!

Güzel bir deneyim oldu konum çok iyi personellerin yüzü hep güler yüzlü odalar çok büyük değil ama ***et samimi ve yardımsever personeller daima bulabilirsiniz hiç bi konuda çekinmeden yardım isteyebilirsiniz

Un superbe accueil du personnel, hyper agréable, très propre et très recommandables. Un large choix en terme de petit déjeuner. Très bien situé. Je recommande vraiment cette hôtel. Ça reste mon hôtel favori. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

I had been there for 2 nights, the only thing this hotel have is location! Only if you want to be near the takeim square but I dont recommand you to be there, you can stay at sisli with the better hotels and better nightlife. This hotel has terrible breakfast, the room was dirty and the staff was rude, they come inside our room with their dirty shoes, the bathroom was awful

Very rude and exremely low, poor service. The staff does not speak english, really, very very basic, like good morning, good afternoon, nothing else. They do not have any bar for coffee or food. The staff is very rude in the way they speak to customers. Would not recommend it under any circumstances.

Un hotel digne de pas plus de 1 étoile, personnel méprisants non hostile, service lamentable , petit dej a base de préparations alimentaires, chambres très étroites lampes et casiers cassés et non réparés pourtant on a réclamé, on a du attendre 2 h supp pr prendre la chambre faute de l hotel qui a considéré mon enfant de 5 ans un bb et on a réfusé de nous donner le lit de l enfant pourtant que tout est reglé dans le voucher et les frais étaient payés correctement on nous a exégé 30 $ la nuité pour nous donner le lit et enfin apres 2 heures d attente on nlus a dit ah c bon vous pouvrz avoir la chambre c etait une faute sans mm s excuser. Ps: 50€ cautionnement 😁
