The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

This is a treasure hotel that is very suitable for family and short-term stays. It is located near Exit H of the Sea World subway station. It is very convenient for eating and walking with children. There are too many choices. There is a 24-hour convenience store at the entrance of the hotel. The room is very new and large, better than the official photos. There are washing machines, dryers, and complete supplies, even dishwashing blocks, laundry detergent, and detergent are all equipped. The decoration is modern, stylish, simple and atmospheric. The two-bedroom type also has gas, and the kitchen utensils are relatively complete. We also cooked twice, and living in it feels like home. There is a children's playground where you can take your children to discharge every day. The breakfast is neither good nor bad, but it is convenient. There are also many old tea restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel service is very good overall. When you meet, you will take the initiative to say hello, and you will decisively renew the room. I will also recommend it to friends!

Modern decor, clean rooms, friendly staff. The airport drop off service was prompt. The only downside to hotel is the noise from the nearby train station can be very loud. However, we only used for one night stay before taking a flight from Shenzhen.

The location is very convenient to many shops and restaurants. Going in and out from Hong Kong is extremely convenient (just a few minutes' walk from the Luohu port). The service is very good that I store a luggage for free. I will stay in this hotel again. The room furniture is new and is equipped with smart voice-control.

The hotel is far from the city center but 20 minutes by car from Shenzhen airport and has a bus stop and 2 metro stations nearby so transport is convenient. People in the hostel are nice and friendly and willing to help.

The equipment is very new and the service is good. Although the road construction is a bit confusing to find the parking lot recently, the overall is good. The coastline of Shenzhen is still good-looking. The projection has member movies to watch. The overall is comfortable. I will consider coming again next time.

When I checked in on the first day of the ***** New Year, the hotel sent small fireworks for the children to set off, and also set off big ones🎆. It has been a long time since fireworks were banned, and adults couldn’t help but take videos; 3. The hotel telescope saw Jupiter and its two satellites. My brother said that if you look at the full moon, you can see the moon very clearly; 4. Maybe because I met the boss, he gave the child a red envelope and two brand-new 10-yuan notes; 5. It is also more convenient to get to the observatory from the hotel. You can walk to the seaside. You can walk down the seaside plank road from the observatory. The seaside scenery is very good! As a person who has requirements for staying in hotels when traveling, I really like this hotel. I never forget to write a guide. I hope it will be helpful to everyone!

Excellent service, nice & helpful staffs (front desk, breakfast time hostess, chefs at the open kitchen...etc) 😄 New hotel & facilities in good condition. Check-in check-out fast. No deposit is required. Great room size, good view, clean washroom. Room soundproof so we sleep well, even our room near lift area. Service robots delivery very efficient. Before arrival, we had inquiries via wechat & 歡小朋 is very helpful to solve our problem 👍 We enjoy the stay here, also breakfast good food quality. Next time we should stay again. Value for money. (Breakfast time, many people wait & long queue for the fresh brew coffee. Maybe can have one more coffee machine.)
