I received a free upgrade to a lovely spacious room overlooking the pool, which makes for a wonderful view, especially on the balcony. The hotel is an easy 20-minute walk to the centre of Fira and the Fira bus station, with no stairs or anything that makes luggage access difficult. The included breakfast has a good selection. The staff were very kind, cleaning was quite good, and the receptionist provided excellent recommendations for my itinerary. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay.

Niko’s is less than a mile walk from Fira. We walked to Fira with no issues. Breakfast was wonderful. Good selection and nice dining room. The room was comfortable, clean, and temperature control was great. This is not a 4 star hotel, so keep that in mind, but it is a great value, safe, and clean.

La verdad que este hotel lleno mis expectativas, me hospede en una habitación cómoda, sencilla la atención de el recepcionista fue 10/10 la amabilidad estuvo presente cada día, nos oriento y ayudo en todo momento; la limpieza excelente los desayunos me han gustado mucho, en general todo un 10. Volveré sin lugar a dudas. Gracias Niko

Absolutely wonderful. The lady at reception and at breakfast buffet were really helpful and accommodative.

Good hotel if you’re into relax and go everywhere in the island. Nice free breakfast 😃

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν υπέροχο, καθώς και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό φιλικό και πάντα διαθέσιμο για να λύση κάθε απορία. Ένας υπέροχος εξωτερικός χώρος με μεγάλη πισίνα. Το πρωινό εξερετικο , πλούσιο και χορταστικό. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Σαντορίνη ( 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια) , σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο, καφέ.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo,siamo stati accolti gentilmente omaggiati con 2 bottiglie di acqua ben accette e alla reception ci hanno spiegato la zona dell'isola,dove andare e I punti di interesse da visitare. Gentili,pulizia top e colazione con prodotti ottimi ben fornita. Albergo con ampio parcheggio a 2 passi da Fira. Consiglio vivamente.

I had a wonderful stay at Nikos hotel. It offered great value for money. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, everything met or even exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return on my next visit. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!

Property is clean and near to bus stop but the breakfast is boring same all days

Terrible and unclean Arrived at our hotel after a very stressful commute there. Was handed our key and took to our room on to be greeted by one of the worst rooms i have ever stayed in (i travel and stay in a lot of hotels for work) our beds where two single beds very poorly pushed together with mattresses that were worn down to the springs and incredibly uncomfy to sit on let alone sleep in which gave us back ache every night. We were given a terrible balcony with the view of a road a cheep worn plastic chairs to sit in. The door handle to the balcony was broken, the plug in the bathroom was broken, the coat hangers were broken, the lamp shade was broken, the tv only spoke in greek which was very pointless in a hotel that has a lot of tourists. We asked to change our room. The next room we got was slightly better but had a disabled shower which was utterly useless to anyone thats not in a wheel chair and the shower handle was broken so we had to hold the shower head to wash. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee or mugs, we had a tv again but this time no remote. Breakfast was included but was on the verge of inedible and was served with terrible instant coffee. Both our rooms had dirty sheets with other guests hair in the room with stains on the furniture so wasn't cleaned very well. Overall a terrible stay for a hotel that cost over £700 for 5 nights. I will never stay here again. Deffintaly worth paying a bit more and stay in a hotel that can provide the basics for a good stay.

Highly recommend Was amazing just stayed for the night but would of stayed for longer if we could! The service was very friendly and the rooms were bright modern and very clean. Pool area was lovely so was the free morning breakfast.
