"Although the location of the hotel is in downtown, it is not the best. It takes 6,000 steps to get to Pike Place Market. It was built in 1909. It can be seen that it is very old and not well maintained. I have lived in Italy Longer hotel, the cleaning is not very good, the room has a musty smell, but the serviceis very good, the staff at the counter are very friendly, the luggage delivery service staff and the valet car are also very good , People who like buildings with a sense of history recommend you to stay."

"Good location, walking distance from the pike place of the ferry wheel of the food terminal. But parking is expensive. Hotel staff will recommend parking in the public car park opposite. But remember to put the paid receipt in the front window of the car, otherwise it will be a ticket for unpaid."

"They didn't do housekeeping the next day, so they didn't remove the used towels, and even when I asked for them, they didn't bring them. I called twice to ask for them, and they finally got them. They didn't collect the towels that were used when I brought them to them. There was an employee at the counter who did not give a detailed explanation, and when I asked them to add one breakfast voucher in addition to the two, they said no, so I asked another employee again and they said it was possible and I was able to get a detailed explanation."

"Great venue in terms of location. Staff very helpful. The real downer was the cleaning.Although our room was cleaned to good standard, the public area was not. One of the rooms opposite had a discarded cleaners black glove outside on the floor for 2 days. Also by the lifts on the 26th floor was a discarded coffee cup on the table. This was left there when we arrived and was still there when we checked out."

"Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking."

"I absolutely loved my hotel room. The view was beautiful and it was so close to all the attractions I wanted to see. I walked to pike place market, space needle, the aquarium and more. The only thing that threw me off at check-in was the $375 security deposit they asked for… this should be stated before arrival to atleast give guests a heads up, as a tourist that’s a huge unexpected ask considering you have already paid over £1k for the room. Apart from that my stay was amazing and the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I come to Seattle again I would definitely stay here again."

"I thought it would be very ordinary, but the stay felt very good. The first is that the decoration is relatively new, there are heating, microwave ovens, coffee machines in the room. Secondly, the room is good and there are no obvious stains. And the staff at the counter are very friendly."

GGuest UserLoved my stay at CitizenM. The team was super helpful when I arrived early and I stored my luggage until checkin. I loved that you could choose what sort of room you wanted at checkin and the iPad controls were a nice experience! I had a great view over the city - the perfect way to wake up!

PPanigaleV4Location: It is within walking distance of Pike Market and 2-3 blocks from Amazon Sphere, so if you are visiting Seattle for the first time and want to do some sightseeing, the location is not bad. However, as with most downtown areas in the US, there are homeless people and drug ******* all over the streets. In fact, during my stay, my car alarm went off late at night, so I looked down at my window and saw someone breaking my window and stealing my stuff. On the (same) way out to breakfast, I saw a large construction worker fighting with a homeless person/addict who was trying to break someone's car with a rock. I think it can be quite intimidating for women or first-time visitors to the US. If you are traveling by car, do not park on the street anywhere in downtown Seattle. Don't feel bad about paying $35-50 per day for hotel valet or parking. Hotel: It is just a regular 3-star hotel, but there are no indoor slippers that hotels usually provide. It's not easy to bring slippers to your room while traveling, but there are unnecessary game facilities in the hotel lobby and a cost-saving element of cleaning/maid service every other day, so there are no amenities that guests really need, such as indoor slippers or electric pots. Cleanliness: The bedding and towels are just average... I can't say they're dirty, but they feel like they're a bit old. The room I stayed in was on the dark side, but I could see some dust, so I thought there might be some dust in a bright environment. Service: - I arrived at 2:50 and tried to check in, but they had to wait until 3:00 to finish cleaning and gave me a room that smelled like chlorine-based cleaning chemicals. The staff didn't have uniforms and their attitudes and attitudes towards work were unstable. I paid my room fee in advance through Trip.com, but when I asked if I had to pay a security pre-authorize deposit (a prepayment for security?) equal to the room fee, they said they didn't know and paid it, saying that was how it was supposed to be. By the way, the check-in PIN number provided by Trip.com is not asked for and there is no answer even if you tell them. - The room cleaning service is not provided daily... It is not a big inconvenience if you stay for only one day because it is cleaned every other day, but it starts to become uncomfortable if you stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I called the front desk because I needed a new towel, but they didn't answer after 4 attempts, so I just used the towel I had for exercising. - Water is provided in a 1-liter aluminum can in the room for free, but after that, you have to go to the water fountain in the lobby on the first floor and refill it yourself. In my case, my housemate and I both have our own 1-liter water bottles, so it wasn't that inconvenient, but I thought it would be inconvenient for 2 people with a 1-liter water bottle. If you eat in the room without a separate drink, it seems like it would be difficult to drink 1 liter. - Check-out: I checked in early at 6:00 because I had to return the rental car (at 7), but when I told them my room number, they didn't know who I was. When I asked for my name, I told them, and they searched for it on the computer, and then they told me another person's name and asked if it was me... They asked me to show them my ID, so I gave them my ID... It felt like they were registering a new one only then... When I received the invoice and told them that I was a bit worried about their work, they suddenly made excuses saying that they had booked through Trip.com... They talked about it. After about 30 minutes, I checked out and left for the airport in a hurry. Facilities: It's a bit worse than a typical 3-star hotel. There are air hockey and board games in the lobby. It probably won't mean much to Korean travelers, but there's a water fountain so you can refill your water. The biggest advantage is that it's a garage-type parking lot with a barrier that makes it difficult for outsiders to access. This probably won't mean much if you don't have a rental car. If you're staying for 1 or 2 nights, or for a business trip or a short trip, it's probably okay, but I think it'll be uncomfortable/unsettling after 3 nights when you're done with sightseeing nearby. BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.

RRbd1824I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.

无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi. The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier. The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily. The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful. Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone. The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival. Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times. Guest parking is welcome. I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Nnabiki2The hotel is old, tiny shower with very low water pressure, but fine for a couple nights. Breakfast bags in the morning with granola bars and an apple. Free coffee and tea. One of the beds in our room was quite broken in the middle. However, still technically fine, slept okay, great location for the price.
