Room is very nice, spacious and clean. I love the room design like modern contemporary vibe (I think its a new renovated hotel). The staff was very helpful and friendly especially chen and another girl (forgot to ask her name) but she gave me face cream as a gift 🥰 Stayed one night but i wish i can stay longer.. this is recommend hotel if you want to easily access to Shanghai South Railway station.

The room was extremely dirty, with hair in the cup, stains on the pillow, stains in the toilet, and stains on the sheets and quilt covers. I don't know how the auntie cleaned the room.
