真的太棒了，物超所值，離迪士尼和野生動物園都很近，酒店接送，房間很新，服務很好，推薦

入住的時候酒店工作人員會貼心的詢問第二天的行程，還幫忙推薦最好的路線，然後介紹酒店的班車，如果有需要的話，可以跟前台的夥伴預約，現在工作人員非常的熱情，房間裏面空間很大，有大窗户，冰箱裏面有準備了，小零食，飲料和水之類的設施也挺齊全，酒店有健身房洗衣房 酒店的早餐也很不錯，品種不算少，有家常的粥，包子，炒菜都有味道，也可以，退房的時候還會給辦手裡非常的貼心，推薦入住 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：很好 空間大 設施：齊全 健身器材 洗衣服都有

Our family really enjoy the stay in 云和夜泊。Shanghai Disney is located in a developing part of Pudong. We have choose this hotel as it is offers free shuttles to Disney, Pudong airport and nearest metro. This arrangement meets the needs of my family. Rooms are well kept, spacious (see video) and staff goes all out to serve our needs. The buffet breakfast offers varieties that meet both the kids and adults craves, very healthy choices!

Breakfast great, room is pretty and comfortable Giant makeup mirror, Toilet amenities sufficient Aircon panel was hard to find but worked well. There were some improvements to be made (hot water was unstable, hand soap too watery) but they took down my comments at check out and promised to do better. Front desk 小梁 小敏 小Jing? Feng? helped me figure out Didi cab types and gave me tips on how best to travel around. Very friendly, very warm service. The best thing this hotel provided was their shuttle service to Disneyland. It is outsourced to a shuttle company and I have to applaud the morning guide who was like an army general and whipped everyone in shape to focus on how to best enjoy Disneyland within a day. She is amazing, but unfortunately her instructions and pro tips are all in mandarin. WeChat to find out where the shuttle location pick up and drop off points are also in mandarin. But if you do understand the language, the information is incredible. As a frequent Disneyland goer her tips are ON POINT. She set the expectation immediately ‘YOU WILL BE TIRED. YOU WILL HAVE TO QUEUE. YOU WILL BE STRETCHED SO LISTEN TO ME AND FOCUS ON THE HIGH ENERGY THINGS IN THE MORNING. DONT STOP FOR THE FLOWERS. DONT TAKE PICTURES. SAVE IT FOR LATER AFTER THE RIDES. LISTEN TO ME AND YOU WILL GET THE BEST THINGS DONE IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE DAY!!’ and is really hardcore awesome. I love her so much! We went with the 9:10am shuttle (please register in advance so the hotel knows how many seats are required. Board the shuttle 15min before if you want to sit together.) We were lowkey judged by ms guide general (she’s not wrong!) for going in late and she warned us all the early passes were gone and ride queues have already started snaking into 1-2hr waiting times. I was prepared coz I wasn’t planning to hardcore this trip since I was with my parents but she did set the expectations right. We alighted the shuttle at 930am, reached the Disney gates by 945am (Wednesday, off peak period 2nd week of April + queue was manageable within the first layer barricades), got through slightly past 10am. Sent my parents home on the 8pm shuttle after dinner while I stayed for fireworks and left the park on the 1020pm shuttle. Very manageable as it was off peak but YMMV. THANK U YUNHE YEBO!!! What a great start to our one week trip!

酒店衞生非常不錯，設施非常的完善前台服務非常不錯，早餐是自助餐種類多，還有各種熱菜菜和現磨的咖啡跟熱牛奶，還有普通雞蛋的接送班車和迪士尼的接送班車，還有野生動物園的接送服務，總體來説是家非常不錯的酒店！

酒店環境不錯，乾淨衞生，服務也很周到，還可以機場來回接送，入住第一天就辦理了續住，連續4晚都住在這裏，確實不錯，值得推薦！
