They label them self a non smoking hotel, but when you telling them someone is smoking in their room and affected you stay, the respond from them is “ well, we are non smoking hotel, but if your neighbor smokes, not our problem, their choices!” You are right you can not able to control others actions, but your also a business who labeled non smoking hotel, you have responsibility to non smoking clients too.

In my sense it should be the best hotel in a minimum price near nanzing road. Superb service, well decorated room. All time drinking water facilities. In a word, best in budget.

Really enjoyed my stay! The hotel’s in a great spot, staff were super nice, and everything was clean. They let me check out late, which was awesome. Loved the free umbrellas when it rained and the laundry facilities were super handy. Didn’t try breakfast but everything else was great!

The room was very satisfactory, clean and sanitary.
The front desk guy was handsome and very friendly
The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the subway, and a ten-minute walk to the Bund Observation Deck.

The hotel feels new and nice, with warm lighting, clean rooms, and smart toilets. Although it is a bit noisy sometimes with children running around in the corridor, it is basically silent when sleeping at night. The front desk service is also very good. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is just outside Nanjing East Road and you can reach the Bund in two steps. It is a very good accommodation experience

This is my third stay. The hotel has been renovated recently. The front lobby and guest rooms are very modern. The whole stay experience is very good. I highly recommend this hotel.
