I found this hotel a bit old. The phone and bathtub were not working properly. And the location was not the best, no metro near. Out of the good things was that the breakfast was quite good and the swimming pool was ok.

Overall, the hotel was pretty awesome. It was just a one night stay and I would indeed stay there again. However, they really need to restock the coffee and sugar for a room that has two persons staying in it.
Although our stay did not include breakfast, we were offered a free breakfast per person, but never used it unfortunately.

We had a short stay sadly, but we loved every bit of the hotel experience. Amazing staff, English speaking, hotel is at good location, luxurious. Available swimming pool and fitness on 4th floor. Breakfast and dinner are amazing.

Great Stay at Radisson Collection Hotel, Yangtze Shanghai
I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Collection Yangtze Shanghai. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely stay here again. The Front Desk Manager Angela was exemplary in her service and one of the rarest gem I have encountered in the hospitality sector! I will recommend this hotel to others as well.

Everyone was friendly and everything was going well until at the point of check out. There was a lady in reception by the name of Emma Li who was very unfriendly, dismissive and rude, she was on her phone when we approached her working station, and continued on it even when she was serving us, and seemed very uninterested in helping us when we asked her questions about storing our luggage at the hotel. I hope management will take this up with her, and also train her to treat her customers with respect and professionalism. We pay for good service and comfortable stay in reputable hotels like Radisson and it’s always so distasteful when you are treated poorly by the very same people that are supposed to make your stay nice and comfortable.

Be aware that they demand a daily deposit and full payment if you choose to pay at the hotel. And then you have to wait 5 days for the refund of the deposit after you leave.
